My home machine was broken. First thing I noticed is that the power supply
fan doesn't move at all when I tried to turn it on. I brought the power
supply to a local computer store and they tested it by connecting its
motherboard connector to a small device. They said none of the indicator on
the device was on, so the power supply is dead.
So I tried two brand new Antec power supplies, none of them work (for
whatever reason).
So my questions are:

under warranty. When I contacted customer service, I was told that broken
hinge is not covered under my 3 year depot warranty. I googled it, and found
Lenovo, HP, Apple (you name it) also does this practice since 2007. What

这个电影我一看简介就惦记上了，费劲八道找了好久，看过以后确实不枉暗恋一场。它
跟City Island不搭的，非要找个对档的，The Straight Story可以吧，都是走马灯遇
到不同的人感慨下人生况味的公路电影，这个倒是我的心水呢，正契合我这漂泊者的心
境，倒是JJ你，竟然没看过这电影，怎对得起“流浪者”的大名，Broken flowers里也
有愁的，明着是对女人，暗里是对自己，其实，什么样的愁说到底不都脱不开乡愁嘛。
BTW，Jim Jarmusch饭侯孝贤的，可不是，到最后，我从他的电影里看出了禅意呢。 |

拍摄手法上和chocolate很象, 或者说因为都是南欧的小村落, 所以让人有相同
的感觉. 有时候电影的相似之处就是在任何环节都不忘记爱情的主题, 让你不
得不对许多影片的爱情感觉逐渐淡漠.
欧洲电影在拍摄上色彩总是相对饱满, 而且在技巧上比较成熟, 容易产生亲和力.
中国的片子虽然独成风格, 但无论在胶片质量还是拍摄手法上, 该有所改进. |

爬这几个山头是年初就和山友T计划好的，因为T的工作性质，请假必须提前好几个月通
知，我们就把日子定在奥运开幕前的那个周末。至于到时候天气如何，只能撞大运了，
反正爬山本来就是靠天吃饭，三天之后的气象预报就不怎么靠谱，索性来个拣日不如撞
日。行程如下：
周四早退数小时，和T汇合后开车至South Colony Lake Upper TH，步行约三迈半到
South Colony Lake，在11,500’左右扎营。
周五从Red Gully上Crestone Peak，然后 traverse到Crestone Needle；
周六上Humboldt，顺便拿下边上一个centennial 13er Columbia Point，下山回家。

上个月在原先买房子的broken那里做refi，其他都没啥问题，就是appraisal太低了，
broken也承认appraisal有问题，那个估价师明明有最新的正常卖掉的房子不比，非拿
较早卖掉的short sale比，结果房价被严重低估，broken说可以等一个月后重新再申请
，到时会换一个估价师重新再估会高些的。但一个月后的利率毕竟很难说，而现在利率
又这么低不想错过，所以打算另外再找一个broken重做，因为都是选的同一家银行，所
以想问一下像这样换一个broken做的话，即使还是同一家银行，是不是就不需要再额外
多等一个月，现在就可以马上锁利率开始refi? |
