个block的军车，经历了bus １０分钟才走３条avenue的交通瘫痪，同时也看见了跑版
关于取消纽马的大坑，还看见了群众自发纽马的壮举。
我承认市长脑残，也理解跑友的失望和愤怒，但是纽约的现状的确不适合搞马拉松。我
一向不喜欢比赛，我锻炼是因为我喜欢运动，乐意提高自己，比赛呢我一直觉得是为了
打败别人。可是，这次我看到了很多人为了fundraising，自发的去坚持跑马，让我对
比赛的意义有了重新的认识。也许，我们的心胸都应该更宽广，眼光都应该更高远，除
了一个小我，还有更宽广的世界需要我们共同建设。在我们跑得更快更远的同时，也许
能同时帮助他人。
比如这个，是我刚才在facebook上面看到的一个慈善组织，看到他的status，我发现训
练也可以有更宏伟的意义：

记得当年，在美国的一家whole food买菜，男主角，我，大陆男。
就是买Green bean（如图），本来我很少挑择拣选，比较男人，看好了就直接下手一把
把抓，但那天的green bean实在是良莠不一，感觉新鲜的和之前没卖光的不新鲜甚至有
点烂了的混在一起了，要是一般菜店也就罢了，已经融入美国的兄弟姐妹们都知道啊，
whole food菜的价格是外面的好几倍。 于是，就没忍住...

发帖数: 3714 | 14 CVS, Walgreens都有拍护照照片的地方，不仅贵，而且难看。自己动手拍有修改余地还
方便不时更新（没事给自己拍上一
张，放着备用就成了），所以大力推荐。这个法子我老早之前看breezy的帖子受到启发
，后来自己试过几次，算比较成
功。
首先是硬件，最好有单反相机，不推荐小数码。然后是软件，photoshop级别的都可以
，但是不必那么高，免费的picasa
软件就可以，windows / mac 都有其版本，去下载一个。我用picasa。
步骤如下：
选择白墙作背景，最好在室内光线充足的地方，按照一般要求（免冠，避免眼镜因为怕
反光，露出双耳，自然表情---如果
有特别要求一一写下，尽量做到）拍照，拍到肩膀处就可以。人离墙不要太近，建议不
从正面打闪光灯（有反光板之类的当
然可以）。
用picasa的crop功能修改成合适的square尺寸，建议用尺子在屏幕上量清楚，算人头长
度与照片宽度的ratio合适就行。
用picasa的复制功能把做好的square照片复制六份。然后用collage功能把这六张照片
平铺在一张4×6的“相纸”上，尽量没
