卖“正宗外贸尾货”，只要你出ebay/amazon帐号的，100%的骗子。你会很快被ebay/am
azon永久封杀，还可能被品牌公司起诉。
鉴于mitbbs对这些骗子太宽松，每天都有十几个，版务也不可能24小时删贴，请大家自
己提高警惕，if it's too good to be true, it definitely is.
进任何品牌的东西，都要小心。没有授权可以resale的，尤其是衣服鞋子什么的，自己
都要动动脑筋。有legit wholesaler的，请出示authorization. 否则全办。要互相买卖
的可以去flea market |

秘的，所以做了些功课，简单说，它们就是一个高级点的cashback website，cashback
额度比免费的网站(如Mrrebate，fatwallet)高，代价就是每个月有$12会员费。究竟值不值，
大家继续往下看：
声明：以下内容完全是整理粘贴了mitbbs和slickdeal的帖子，我自己都没有这两个会
员，若解释有误不要怪俺啊！
这两个program是同家公司的产品，区别是，shopper有购物cash back,CS没有，其他都
一样。这两个program不是直接去网站注册一个会员的那种，最简单的去某网站(如drugstore.com， Tigerdirect)下一单，付完钱后多数会给个连接页面，也就是邀请页
面，有可能是shopper，有可能是complete savings,拿到页面之后，可以cancel你的单
子，很不厚道哈。
两个都是月费$12，主要优势是：

发帖数: 1829 | 25 地址是在 point breeze，坐车67A，67F，71C都可以到CMU，UPITT。我一般坐车15分钟
到CMU。房子现在就available，一直到8月底。结束的时间越靠近8月底越好。
出租的地方是在一个大房子的三楼，一共两间屋子。二楼住了一对中国夫妇（太太暑假
基本不在，因为她在加拿大上班），先生是CMU计算机系的postdoc。夫妇两人非常好，
是可交的朋友。
厨房和卫生间在二楼。一楼是和2，3楼没有任何往来的美国人。是分别独立的。因为是
两间房间一起出租，所以结束的时间很flexible，我回去的时候（8月24号左右），大
不了大家share一下，一人一间屋子，一直到你找到新地方搬过去。
房租是310（两间屋子都是你的），utility是和楼下的朋友分的，你的那一份钱我出。

好处：privacy，一个人一层，光着身子走路都没人看到。
缺点：卫生间和厨房在二楼。我开始的时候也不太习惯，但是3天以后就无所谓了。

9尺。
感觉没啥用，想把它变成用那种透明的vinyl给screen起来，这样就没有rain，dust能
进来，再把现
在的水泥地铺一下，可以让孩子在里面玩。好像看到是安装那种panel，比较出名的是
Eze-breeze
的，但是好像要从frame开始安装。我现在有那种比较简单的铝的frame，然后就是从下
到上通顶的沙
网。
我看了一些介绍，如果reframe还有安装customized panel，加上人工，要4000以上。
我觉得能安成窗子固然好，但是如果不能变成那种可以开关的窗子，能简单全给封上，
不动整体结构，
比较简单，便宜，能在短期完成，也是不错的。
付上类似我porch的照片。

Personally, I don't think you gain much by taking all the efforts by
yourself. Of course, you hope that by eliminating the buyer's agent from the
list, you have a bit better leeway to negotiate for a lower price, but, you
never know, and it is not guaranteed.
I worked with a agent, a good one. I enjoyed many conversations, open-house
trips, suggestions and learning experience. She recommended reliable
inspectors, efficient lawyer and loan agent, making the purchasing a breeze.

part, since there are no established system to track their credibility (such
as yelp). I would pay the full commission if I find such agents.

I'm conservative, and so use a patio lounge.
Ours is only wired with electricity, but it's pretty warm in winter (note we
are in New England, around Boston.) Sometimes, it's so hot so I only wear
shorts.
In the summer, it's pretty shaded, and quite cool with all windows opened.
And the screens keep the mosquitoes out, so that I can enjoy the evening
breeze longer.
Essentially, it's where we read and write. But we don't keep book shelf or
