歌坛「国民小天后」泰勒丝在Instagram登高一呼、要求粉丝在期中选举投票之后，致
力于选民登记与投票率的网站「Vote.org」指出，全美及泰勒斯家乡田纳西州的登记选
民大幅增加。
Vote.org主管古希尔(Kamarie Guthrie)表示，泰勒丝7日晚间在她的Instagram帐户、
呼吁追随她的1亿1200万粉丝投票，48小时后，来自全美各地登记选民已达24万人。
儘管有多项因素促成登记选民增加，包括许多州选民登记截止日等，仍新增10万2000名
18至29岁年轻人登记选民。
泰勒丝家乡田纳西州登记选民也大幅增加。整个9月份的登记选民仅有2811人。Vote.
org到9日为止的登记选民人数，比9月增加近两倍，特别是在泰勒丝推文后，人数激增
