wear between 300-400 miles running on concrete road (side
walks). But it is still fine over 500 miles. I am still 25LB
over my ideal body weight. This might be a factor for shoe
wearing.
MT20 is very under-cushioned on road. On trails are perfect.
Too much cushioning can make me heal pain and tired quicker.
So I prefer to get my feet strong to fit MT20.

主要有三点
第一，跑步不要买Gore-Tex的，虽然说是Breathable, 但对跑步来说不够透气。冬天跑
步主要是防风，适当防小雨就可以了， 推荐Gore的Windstopper系列。比如Gore的X-
Running as a jacket.
第二，这个衣服太重了，要买轻的，跑累了系到腰上。
第三，这牌子不行，这衣服，这牌子是去国家公园hiking的，不是跑步的品牌。穿这衣
服跑步，就跟民工穿西服逛长城一个感觉。 |

以下主要是以在美国东海岸滑雪为背景，其他地区因雪场和气侯的不同未必完全适合。
1． 滑雪服装 – Jacket, Pants, Fleece, Underwear, Ski Socks
现在市场上的外装有两大类，一类是 Ski Parka （Insulated）, 就是我们常说的羽绒服
，只不过绝大多数都是用的synthetic material 而并非真的羽绒。这些 synthetic
material（e.g., Thermolite） 单位质量的防寒性能比羽绒优越, 所以做出的外衣看上
去比较薄，穿上去不像羽绒服那样鼓鼓囊囊但却更耐寒。挑选上衣要注意以下几点:
a. 表层要防水透气 （water proof and breathable）。
b. 衣摆内层要有防雪功能，一般是一个可以扣紧的skirt，这样摔倒的时候雪不会涌入上

发帖数: 754 | 12 刚从Alaska回来，根据实际经验建议去玩的必备一套 Breathable Rain Suit。带帽子
，里面有夹层（薄fleece）的那种比单层加网衬里的更好更适合Alaska。
用处：
1）天气不好的时候可以挡雨防风还比较保暖。
去1 day cruise的时候比较阴雨，穿上这套衣服站在甲板上就不怎么感觉风大了，虽然
手还是冷得厉害，尤其是船停在glacier面前的时候；
2）非常适合爬Harding Ice Field trail (就是那个著名的Exit Glacier)
下山时如果想偷懒，很多地方都是可以坐着滑下去的。光滑防水的面料优势凸现。
3）比较光滑，还防刮，适合穿过密林
backcountry backpacking了几天，在长满一人多高的植被的tundra上跋涉后的体验。
把帽子套上后哪里都能钻出一条路来，呵呵。
唯一遗憾的是布料不防搓。下一座满是冰川堆积物的陡山时我同伙的bottom被磨出了一
个洞，哈哈。 |
