成为OSU DEF 的最大问题. 当机会出现的时候,如果你不能抓住,就只能等着挨打了.
另外再讨论一个球员,CHRIS GAMBLE, 可能是全国最好的CORNER BACK,GAMBLE其实是今天
最大的问题.GAMBLE是一个在关键时刻会出现问题的球员. |

glass fiber materials, very thick and heavy. It is cheap, only about $70. It
may be good to fish sharks. One good thing about glass fiber rod is that it
will not breat.
you will be better off to buy Emblem or Emcast. They are more expensive, but
light, strong, and easy to cast long distance. |

Snack - half chinese cookie - 200
Dinner: 15 roasted peanuts + several fish meats + several pork meats + half
cup of tofu + a little bit of veggies - 500
Snack - hopefully nothing...
Total: 1500
I know the weight in number won't be rosy. Eat too much sugary stuff this
week. :-( |

Old wolf, I know you read "total immersion" too. In this book, the
author mentioned a theory that if you always keep one arm straight
ahead, you can swim faster, in Chinese, 前交叉.
I use the extending arm as a guide line, and make sure my head is in
line with the arm, except when I was breathing.
