说打疫苗给妈妈，breast feeding的小孩 有risk包括那个TB skin test. 。。。。。
。。能不能办waiver或推迟啊？有没有类似情况的兄弟姐妹啊。。。。。
还是只能我的485先交， 老婆breast feeding停了再交485啊" follw-to-join"。（律
师说这样没有问题，也不需要排期， 看485 instruction上也说没问题， 不过就是怕
夜长梦多）
实在不行，只要等几个月，一起交485，不过老婆还想brest feeding 10个月呢。
真的纠结。。老婆有准备怀孕，准备申请绿卡的，以后也注意了， 还是在怀孕前，就
把那几个疫苗给打了。因为都没有疫苗记录，我这边 civil surgeon要求: TD, MMR-
TB skin test.....,貌似TB skin test,可以用其他test 代替。 |

但是孩子她妈妈喜欢用medela free style,所以这个可以便宜出掉了
请版主手下留情。
这个breast pump不零售，但是跟in style唯一的区别就是没有可以放四个奶瓶一个蓝
冰块的小包以及蓝冰块。in style在网上我看都是250刀左右。我这个在我UHC的
billing statement上是220刀，所以想150刀加邮费出掉，希望不要被大家拍。
（是全新的，完全没有用过的，寄来是什么样子，我会什么样子寄给你）

My FSA account can reimburse the expense only under the condition of
presenting an ob letter/prescription stating the medical reason for the need
of a breast pump.
That's why I am asking if any jms ever get reimbursement through FSA

生完之后医生开处方，要在in-network里面的medical equipment supplier买，一般医
院里面的护士会知道的。要不就打电话问他们supplier链接。
Since not all the provider of the medical supplier sell breast pump, if you
want to buy medela, my trick is that go to medela website to find authorized
dealer around your area, then compare to the medical equipment supplier
list around your area, this way you can find one supplier very quickly. Then
call them to find out. |

有几个问题
1. 我想晚上的胸喂后，添加一点瓶喂，实在不想半夜pump几次，能不能晚上11点左右
时睡前pump出
来，保存在一个奶瓶，在常温下放置，然后半夜每次胸喂完后，用开水热一下，让宝宝
每次喝一部分奶
瓶的奶。这样一个晚上2，3次加热和喝部分，会不会放坏？
2.奶瓶每次用开水冲洗后，如果瓶子里还有水，能放pump出来的奶？这样的奶能长期在
冰箱保存吗？水
会不会污染奶？还需要烘干器吗？
另外，姐妹们有没有用胸喂+pump瓶喂混合喂养的方式，比如如何安排时间，什么情况
下pump，给扫盲

；每次泵奶都要花上一个小时。今天去医院租了一个hospital graded 奶泵，感觉真空
度大，速度也快。不知道我自己的奶泵是因为旧了，密封不好导致的真空度不够，还是
医院的泵本来就好，有知道的姐妹吗？
租医院的泵好贵，还不确定保险报不报销；想在amazon上买个新的，又怕跟我自己已经

非常感谢大家的关心，建议，支持，鼓励。我还是决定去纽约看医生。虽然路上是比较
远，但化疗后，有我的朋友送我回家还是可行的。手术的医生是非常重要了，需要做各
种手术来累计经验。化疗也很重要，虽医生经验少，但还是可行的。在MSKCC工作的医
生，应该不会差到哪里去。我还是很相信她的。下个星期就开始化疗了，过几个星期，
头发大概就会掉光了，长这么大，第一次要看到自己的光头了，还是蛮紧张的。小时
候，我家人都没有拍到我光头的样子。希望我的头型不是那么难看。呵呵！
另外，跟了我11年的猫今年年初也得了淋巴癌（就是照片上的那只猫），也在做化
疗，听说用的药也是我将要用的。哈哈！非常有意思。
