不知道好不好用啊？有jm有经验吗？还可以要求换吗？
我是cigna open access plus。流程如下：
1.给cigna打电话，确定可以cover breastpump。给了care centrix 的联系方式。提醒
要OB的prescription，宝宝出生之后才能order。
2.打电话给care centrix，要求提供医生的prescription
3.试着找OB，开了prescription。离宝宝预产期还有三个礼拜。
4.电话care centrix，一个男的接的，要求OB直接给打电话，挂掉。重新打电话，一个
女的接的，问了个人保险信息，OB的姓名、电话、地址等信息，然后就给order了，给
了confirmation number，强调了想要medela freestyle。我问人家要不要
prescription，她说不用。也没问我宝宝什么时候出生。

以后还要一个宝宝。。 据说Symphony® Breastpump 是 hospital grade 的， 很
不错也。看了看价钱，下了一跳， 大概要1500！大家觉得这值得吗？
打电话给我的保险公司. Receptionist 说我的保险能包任何的electric 或者 manual
breast pump, 而且 没有upper limit， 叶不需要医生
prescription, 只要claim是提供孩子的出生纸和购买的receipt就好。 他说我也可以
直接找medical supply store 买， 让他们直接帮我claim.
挂上电话时还是挺高兴的，但过了一会就忧心了。。。好像too good to be true! 如
果买了那1500刀的，保险又不保全部费用就糟糕了。
请教jjmm们用保险买breast pump 需要注意些什么呀？也许我应该向他们要一份
document看看?
