breach at a US-based credit card processor, the Krebs on Security blog
reported Friday.
"Sources in the financial sector are calling the breach 'massive' and say it

hackers fucked with the swipe terminals to steal data, they didn't hack into

最初的lease 里说如果要breach lease，是要受termination fee，但具体情况是见一个
details文件。
今天他们拿出这个文件，说是2个月的租金，并且要我签这个termiantion 文件，并交罚
金。
我不同意，并且提出，我可以一直交房租，直到找到下一个租客之前，这样希望他们不
要收我罚金。他们口头同意了，但就是不同意修改这个termiantion 文件，而且还说我
没理解这个文件，说这个文件就是他们说的意思。
我该怎么办呢？如果上法庭告他们，会有一个什么结果?

根据奥斯汀电视台KVUE-TV报道，乔治城警方的逮捕证词说，40岁的陈国兴（Guo Xing
Chen）可能参与了去年12月在Target商场盗刷顾客信用卡事件。
证词称，警方相信陈国兴也参与了大规模的盗窃Target连锁商场信息的事件，那次信息
被盗给Target公司造成超过7000万美元的损失。
