was originally $49.97. There were 4 left at the Maple Shade NJ store. Since
this is clearance and I could not find this on the Lowes website, I'd say
this is very YMMV. Lowes item # is 312718. Amazon gives this unit very mixed
reviews but I think the bottle of Mapp gas and Oxygen are worth more than
the $12.49. In fact I thought of buying one just for the gas. Did some

发帖数: 871 | 3 Dude, you need to braze the copper joining points on the coil to take the coil out
, and then you throw in a new coil. It must match the size of the old one,
or approved by the OEM to replace the old one, oryou won't get the
performance they claim.
Then you need to re-braze the new coil to the line set.
This is a very technical job. Even we AC design engineers don't do that in
the lab. |

标 题: 前段时间 自己换了个新 ac.

老空调不制冷 一开始以为是电容的问题 ，后换了电容 还是不转。 查了查relay 原来
relay卡住了 把那个按钮按下后 风扇转 但压缩机还是不转。 估计压缩机挂了 ， 整
套系统是r22a的。修压缩机超级贵 因为r22制冷剂特别贵。所以就把整套系统都换了算
了。
就在eBay上买了个mr cool的ac跟air handler. 1300块。 寄到家后 发现 这个mr cool
其实就是payne. 机器型号都一样。
最难的部分其实是拆老air handler跟装新air handler,因为在阁楼里 空间特别小。
我是把air handler分解了， a coil, blower assembly case这样一件件拆下来的。

我google搜索看很多网站讲装新空调应该做这二步，就问contractor他们的安装程序中
是否包括这二步。现等contractor回电邮，请问：
这二步是装新空调过程中很关键吗？
如果这个contractor不做这二步，新空调明年夏天运行后会有什么问题吗？
如果做，但另加费用，大约多少钱合理？

如果是埋在地里的，要用type K copper,然后高温brazing,一般人没氧炔焰工具干不了。
如果是露天的，自己焊就可以，很简单的，正式干前，先拿根管子练练手。这玩意不怕
错，反正防水测试，漏水就拆了重做就是。
也可以用compression fitting union,基于你中间要截掉一段， 要用两个union。
Sharkbite可以，尤其是临时修理。如果两头的管子固定住了不能移动的话，只能用一
个Sharkbite,另一头还要用union.
水管和电工的活，都是材料便宜，劳力死贵，自己动手最省钱。 |

因为高温把焊油已经融的化了，拆了重做，
1，是原位置重新打开，重新焊接。
2，还是锯掉作业面，在新的位置用新管子新接头重新焊接？

路的焊接叫brazing，比soldering要结实很多，温度也高很多，要有高温火焰才行。抽
真空要求也高，如果有残留空气或水汽在系统里，或者脏东西，对压缩机都很不好。 |

take some times in research, study, know the specs, price, read the reviews
, etc. You have to have some bike specific tools to do that too. I have Park
tool AK-37 tool kit so basicly except headset overhaul or wheel building/
major truing, I can comfortably do anything on my bikes. And also when
custom build a bike you can choose the parts you like instead of the stocks

发帖数: 14458 | 28 俺对烧结不了解，应该可以用三明治法，只是不知道两个板间隙有什么要求没有
你的板很薄，要注意焊后变形，如果强度要求不算特别高可以用温度比较低的
软钎焊（soldering)而不是温度比较高的硬钎焊（brazing）
想过这个办法. 搪瓷是不是就是在钢铁表面烧结一层陶瓷材料? 这似乎是一种办法.
就是象三明治一样, 金属1+搪瓷+金属2.

the power take in.
Usually a water pump consists of a centrifugal impeller, shaft, two
supporting bearings, inlet port and discharge port arrangements.

If you are, then you know what a smoking deal this is. Fully loaded,
complete SRAM Red; you'd be getting a decent deal just to get a full set of
Red for $1695, much less a full bike (plus ceramic BB). Options to upgrade
brakes etc if you need them (+$22 for Paul Neos). Any other bikers out there
? I'd peg this at about a $4,000 bike off-hand.
