大家有收到的吗？该怎么选？
我的08 accord也有这个问题，买了之后就觉得刹车不够有力，后来就是楼下说的症状。
3月份第二次保养的时候给主动换了rear brake disk,看来是做贼心虚阿 |

发帖数: 4125 | 3 they not changed on fix schedule like belts, they are changed when worn.
Brake pads have wear indicator built in, you can hear them when almost gone.
some car also have warning light on dash that tell you it is time to change.
If you DIY, each set (4 pieces of brake pads) can be $15 to $50 in most
cases.
Each wheel should take you less than 10 min to do. If first time or only
have very basic tools, plan to spend 30 min on first on, and 15 min on
second one. |

发帖数: 568 | 4 You should have no problem. Just insert the tip of the long screw driver
between the back of the outer pad and the caliper and pry slowly. Make sure
that you open the brake fluid cap under the hood to let the brake fuild flow
before you pry.
If in the rare case that you 搞不定, you can always put the old pads and the
wheel backso you can drive the car. |

因为打算连disk和pad一起换了，所以在想是不是等到灯亮了才需要换。之前是换油的
车铺说要换pad，怕被忽悠去tiresplus查刹车，被告知pad和disk都得换，光换pad的话
由于disk太薄不给warranty，说的很严重似的。
现在开起来刹车都还好，只是天气潮湿的时候刹车有点声音。 |

不是手刹没放。车发动后手刹放下来时它会灭掉，但加速后又亮了，一个月前是亮亮灭
灭，每次刹车踩
狠一点自己就灭了，但是现在不论怎样都灭不掉
在网上搜了半天，自己看了，brake fluid level并不低。
去换油的那里问过，人家也说brake fluid没问题。那小伙说他妈的车也是这样，说是
sensor 没有
fully disengage，没关系。。。
我开了大概一个多月了，才想起来可以来这问问，请大家赐教，谢谢! |

发帖数: 2078 | 13 你那是几十年前的刹车液。新的刹车液早就解决你说的那些问题了。最爱车的人，6年
换一次就不错了。
刹车能力减退，都是管道里面进入空气了，这是需要的是把气泡给挤出来，这个过程更
flush brake fluid 是一样，所以还有这个service。刹车液本身的化学稳定问题，早
就解决了。
所以只有刹车变软了才须要去做这个，是遇到问题才需要做的。换brake fluid 更保养
换oil 完全是两码事。 |

路边停下，熄火重启，发现刚启动之后仪表盘上brake lamp的灯并不亮，但是只要一踩
刹车之后，灯就一直亮着了。本来准备去买东西的，就只有打着双闪回家了。回家后室
友帮我看了一下，发现车后的刹车灯并没有像仪表盘上的那样一直亮着，只有踩着刹车
的时候才会亮着，而仪表盘上却一直亮着。
各位战友知道到底出了什么问题呢？接下来我该怎么办呢？今天周日，到处修车的地方
都不上班了，明天还指着这辆老菜车上班了，谢谢大家啊~~~ |

盖找到那个塑料容器就成。你的手册上一定会说要加哪种类型的刹车液，DOT3、4或5神马的，
walmart、autozone之类的都有卖。

巧么? 就差这一步没把parking brake shoe lever和brake shoe分离, 连接它们的那个
圆东西看样子也下不来. 纸版的chilton手册上说用钳子, 但搞不明白怎么用，只用了
个"remove"，没讲细节．
另外今天对付三个连接弹簧算使出吃奶的劲了, 用手几乎拉不动, 钳子单独用也不给力
,最后鱼钩都上了, 有啥工具推荐么? |

我在网上看了看，是要用vacuum去bleed的，我就是被之前版上那么多关于trann
y flush的信息吓到了，一直觉得老车不要flush，一定需要换就做drain and re
fill，看来这些都是对tranny fluid说的了？
在网上查了好多，似乎都说如果brake fluid脏了应该换，我觉得靠谱，问题是我
不知道用哪种方法换好（当然了不是我自己做，找dealer给做），只是他们说要
做flush，吓到我了，车太老，怕给做坏了 |

我觉得换pad很简单呀，上次自己搞了wheel stud，现在换pad和rotor都没问题了。
但是brake fluid就是怕进气泡，有些不敢操作。
对了，autozone的那个bleeder好用吗？去看了一下很小的样子，店里的人说不用换，
就没买。 |

But when braking on highway (>40 miles/h), the whole car shaking. From
outside I can see some rust on the surface of both front and rear rotors in
the left side. The front pairs of rotor was replaced in 2008. I don't know
how come only the left side rotors get rusty. Do I need to replace all of
them including pads? Thank you. |

Resurfacing may not be a good idea since the process actually removes the
rotor material and shortens its life. For that money, you can have the rotor
replaced. And why the rear too? An FWD car shouldn't need that so quickly. OEM brakes

但是停车时出现了问题：
按道理应该就是按一下手柄上的按钮，然后就应该轻松的收放 brake，但是他的按钮非
常不灵（后来问同学得知的，这个按钮式非常不灵，他一般也要多按几次），当时我不
知道，还以为力气不够大，按钮按不下去就用了点力上拉，结果现在emnergency brake
的手柄放不下去了，感觉就卡在那了。
不知道有没什么办法补救了？ |

我开了20多年车，还从未换过brake fluid.
Camry 的transmission fluid最好到店里去换。因为filter拆下来很麻烦，而且会搞
得很脏。 如果是honda 车,transmission fluid则比换engine oil 还简单，因为没有
filter. |

PSF, 2-3 3 bottles should be fine, for suck and refill
ATF(DW-1), one drain & refill needs ard 3 qts. Buy one box (12 qts) if you
wanna do 3x3 drain & refill.
power steering可以自己做，去walmart买个turkey blaster
ATF drain & refill难度也不大，你可以search我的帖子
brake fluid bleeding也不难，麻烦而已。 |

pipeline全部锈透掉。刹车油都漏光了。铺子告诉我没有办法修，只能全换，但是要很
多钱。我把车送到另一个铺子，告诉我的差不多。
车子本身很老了。没有必全换新的了。有没有可能在junk yard拆一个下来装上呢？
junk yard会管装吗，还是我需要从junk yard买，然后拿到修车铺呢？另外，铺子里的
技师告诉我说brake pipeline的和一个什么东西的joint也锈蚀了，需要换。这个junk
yard会有吗？
这辆车也不怎么开。每天就开个5分钟去趟图书馆什么的。现在倒是还凑合着有点刹车
。除了这个问题，别的都还好好的。想着能留着就留着吧。
