“千人计划”是中国目前最高层次的海外人才引进计划。国家从2008年起，用五到

大，远远超过“长江学者计划”。
“千人计划”设立四个平台，其中为高等学校和科研机构引进的海外高层次人才，
除基本要求外（年龄、学历、职称等），还需具备下列条件：
具有世界一流的研究水平，近五年在重要核心期刊上发表具有重要影响的学术论文；
获得国际重要科技奖项，掌握重要实验技能或科学工程建设关键技术。

下载那里的程序后可以在自己的机器上跟人工智能的程序对抗，也
可以运行一个服务器程序让别人登陆上来一起玩，那个人工智能的
程序还挺厉害的，呵呵。程序有两个版本，for windows/ for linux
是open source的。
除了打麻将，偶还下围棋，顺便给偶的围棋主页做个广告，网址在偶
