补充另一个免费的网上资源，BOXSHADE(用google搜一下就知道了)。
Clustal W 出来的结果文件是原始排列文件，不具备发表文章的
质量。这个BOXSHADE可以把原始文件转换成比较漂亮的具有
发表质量的排列。 |

(1)Do protein sequence alignment using ClustalW:
http://www.ebi.ac.uk/clustalw/
(2)After you get the sequence alignment file, then
change it to a shading style(for publication)
alignment using BOXSHADE. The output file type
should be "RTF new". RTF is a word document type.
