之前我是个懒妈，每次都用wipe擦完了事，每天就洗两次屁股。现在刚出月子，娃的屁

1.娃屎尿太频繁了，比如说从下午5点半到现在9点半，已经进行这个程序5次了，基本
上每隔半个小时就来一次....大家都是这么坚持下来的吗？有时候他放个屁都能带出点
屎来，这种也要洗屁股吹干吧？
2.白天我和我妈两个人还好，晚上我一个人带他，换尿布的时候也要进行这个程序吗？
能不能晚上就用面巾纸擦干就行了？
3.另外我看精华区里面说摸油比摸尿布膏效果要好，我就用了baby oil，不知道行不行
？

医生说是Egzma，然后让用1% Cortisone Cream加Boudreaux's Butt Paste加Aveeno
Egzma Therapy Moisturizing Cream。回来试了下，宝宝哭的厉害，不知道是不是
Cream抹在身上，尤其是脖子有点破的地方，疼。

不是反复擦，晾晾小屁屁再抹上油，destin没用过，推荐a+d或Boudreaux'sbutt paste

天就红屁股了，溃疡了一小片，心痛死我了。感觉H家的因为薄，所以可能表面没有P家
的干爽。但是听说P家的SWADDLER有DRYMAX，有的孩子会过敏。所以要不心痛那几块钱
，就用P家的SENSITIVE吧。我打算下一箱就换。
漏就漏吧，只要宝宝不红屁股，啥都可以。红了屁股以后宝宝那个难受啊，当妈的真的
后悔死了。红了屁股以后可以用金霉素/红霉素眼药膏。另外每次擦屁屁以后要用
ONIMENT涂厚厚一层隔水。
这个最贵,但是真的很好。

用过a+d和Boudreaux's Butt Paste，对我家娃a+d就管用，一红屁股就抹上一层，一天
就下去，缺点是比较油，味道不好闻。butt paste优点是绝对防水，我娃还是nb的时候
红屁股破皮，一上这个半天就好了。缺点就是比较厚重。个人认为butt paste比a+d见
效快。

（比较稠，这个纯天然，，现在娃就用这个，贵，，但是不过敏，，屁眼周围的好了，
屁股上面被Desitin弄过敏的还没有完全好。）

发帖数: 593 | 44 可以考虑多泡澡。我女儿小时候也会这样子。大夫说坚持每天泡澡，泡几天，应该会好
。大夫当时强调说很多人认为女性泡澡不卫生其实是错误的。泡澡绝对比淋浴洗得干净
，何况是在自己家的浴缸，很容易清洁。想想也是，我们生完孩子，又是撕裂又是侧切
，还不是让用热水泡？也没有几个感染的。如果严重，还可以考虑用Boudreaux's Butt
Paste。这是我用过的最好用的。除非孩子发烧或者抱怨小便的时候疼，一般不考虑有
感染。
我女儿现在都7岁了，偶尔上厕所偷懒不好好擦，还会红，就泡澡，很管用。我儿子还
小，自己大便常常搞不太干净，发红也是泡澡，最多加butt paste，全搞定。
不过几天后如果没有明显好转，就带去看大夫，万一感染，迁延不愈会发展为肾炎。 |
