从爱因斯坦的广义相对论 时间和空间的同一性来说,
David Borwein父子的 sinc integral 的分母是空间变量
而地球或其它星球若有生命的话 其沿经度方向的生物时钟/韵律控制的数学方程式
要采用微积分的分母是空间变量
的Borwein父子的 sinc integral 的或其的推导出的Fourier cos/sinc Transform吧
坐标系是黎曼球体
所以说各生物的生物时钟/韵律控制的数学方程式还有待开发吧
这个领域突破后 少睡一半觉的克隆兰博斗士可能会在霉军海豹突击队里服役吧--

我指微分的分母和分子 上下互换 也就是用 d(Time)/d(x) 的非欧几里得空间的微分积分理论出现以后
并能用于单细胞的Budding aging modeling以后
你再回过来来看这一段吧
不然时间空间广义相对论的量子物理学基本公里尚还无法用于单细胞Budding的
远古到当今的进化学模型计算和到将来的
灭绝或继续生存的进化(退化)学预测.

难道他是计算数学出身就该 整天摆弄toy model fit data 做一堆optimisations 和

你不管是啥背景的 你想做合成生物学 至少生物学的基础知识和问题就要了
解吧 难道生物学里的理论知识
就不用去学习了??
那你告诉我,你说针对性的数学都是什么,假如你知道用什么数学去解决特定的问题,
我觉得那就不会成为问题。。。
另外,不管是 systems biology 和 synthetic biology 跟 biology 没有区别,只不
过是生物学研究到达瓶颈后 自然提出来
的概念 (既然是瓶颈必然需要很多其他学科的知识和工具来试图解决问题)
各种领域的人都试过很多方法,就像你列举的那些 Matrix PDE Boolean network
