G37的Bose 舒服。
但还是怀念C的harmon kardon，开了virtual 7.1层次感强但又不太失真。印像最深是
听Jazz，各种乐器从不同的位置出来，又美妙的融合在一起。
现在G37的Bose就Sex phone 太突出，其它乐器被淹没了

1 不需要耳放， 随便什么随身听都推的动
2 还是挺轻便的， 比起akg701, hd650之流的需要耳放推动的， 更何况出去要挂着个
耳放， 对于我这种不喜欢塞耳朵的IEM的
3 做工实在没的说， 从engineer的角度看， 用料讲究， 金属部分加工看起来就很精
细和结实
4 声音么， 听了一个多月了， 声音开了， 听听b&w选的那些碟， 和用hd650加耳放，
做一下对比
比如马勒的symphony no 8, LSO演奏的， p5声音特点就是自然， 有一点warm， 还有
p5感觉是坐在第一排听， hd650就是中间靠后的位置了， 当然了， 听交响乐坐最前面
是比较土的行为， 因为太靠前听不
到合适的混合声， 这个是从mit学声音的一朋友那里了解到的，只听到最前排那些乐器
了， 这一点上hd650比p5好
p5的人声是强过650的， 听惠威试音碟的哭砂， 感觉还是挺明显的， 而且650， 701
这类耳机有个缺点， 就是虽然叫耳机， 不管欧在家里什么地方用耳机听， 欧家群众

这耳机真轻, 戴上又很舒服. 海棉耳垫透气, 不像 Sony Playstation Gold Wireless
的皮耳垫, 戴久了出汗.
声音很清亮开杨, 中高音段的细节清楚. 聼王菲的至青春, 结束前的钢琴部分,
背景细微的钹声很清楚. Sony 耳机就几乎听不到.
低音不是很强, 但这正合我口味. 我不喜欢耳机 boom boom boom 的.
还挺享受这耳机的. 但是, 这是彻彻底底开放式耳机, 喇叭向外没有什何隔音, 漏声很
大, 绝对不适合办公室或坐公车用. 所以打算退货了. 可惜. |

in VC funding in the Bay Area as of late 2015 with all the unicorns and

美国房市99-08的booming, "房市永远不跌", "投资房市一定可以获利", "早买房早获
利"一度成为流行概念. 这个概念在房市booming的那几年是不错, 可惜这个10年甜梦终
于被次贷危机和吴京华的枪声惊醒.
那些有自住需求, 但因为幻想住房还会是好投资, 并把未来的受益都事先计算进来以至
要maximize debt, 买超过支付能力的房子的, 可以醒醒了, 因为这样的日子一去不回
了. 房市已经被过度开发以至基本没有投资价值了, 下一次房市booming估计是10多年
后的事了.
投资房市无利可图, 投资房市的人剧减, 这样得益的(或者说, 少受剥削的)是买房自住
的, 因为只有这样房价才会真正开始和需求挂钩, 房子的affordability才会越来越好.
美国昨天的这一幕正在中国上演. 估计国际资本不把整个地球的房产炒一遍不会罢休.

a friend talked to me about both ALLRF and AMHPF a couple of months ago
when ALLRF was 0.5, hehe, wasn't able to pull the trigger since all my
funds was already in and I am not good with rotating positions.
I was also worrying about correction in overall market, however it seems
now it's crack-up boom boom boom without correction first.
