我在今年一月录制《八方论坛》节目，讨论华为孟晚舟事件背后真相的时候，因为和史
东在节目前聊天，谈到中美贸易战，所以在节目结束前也换到这个话题，做了一些预测。
当时我认为中国进入经济迟缓比美国早了半年多，所以最好是不要急着谈出协议，等到
七八月美国经济问题明显化，Trump的压力大增，谈判的天平自然会向中方倾斜。这个
预见已经准确实现了。
但是我也提到届时已经进入Trump这个任期的尾端，而Trump赢得连任的机会实在不大，
任何美方的承诺都会在2020年底自动作废，所以中方必须避免落入单方面承担协议责任
的窘境。这个分析同样仍然有效；而实际上中方的谈判团队在Trump多次反复之后，似
乎已经理解到Trump自己都大机率会废除或违反协议的条款，对下一任美国政府更加不
能寄予希望，那么当然不会再急着在一张废纸上签字。

天是这样说欧洲的，近似于赤裸裸的威胁，容易引起反弹。换了俄罗斯或中国，肯定就

真正令我惊讶地下巴坠落的事情，是一个共和党参议员Bolton居然利用这个机会，公开
向BP道歉（不要看错了，不是BP向Bolton道歉），说无耻的政客逼苦了BP。
我们都知道，奥巴马代表的新能源+IT集团，斗争的对象就是共和党代表的旧能源+军工
。地球人都知道，民主党会借此机会（名正言顺）向共和党发难。
只是没有人会想象的出来，这种发难，居然有如此戏剧性，如此惨烈，如此赤裸裸，如
此撕破脸皮、不顾一切的爆发出来！！
美国政治的丑陋和丑恶，算是展露的淋漓尽致！
国内如果还有人为美国政治唱赞歌，为美国的“普世价值”、“民主人权”歌功颂德，
不是，就是指鹿为马，居心叵测了！
