有用信息和好心人帮助。希望大家互相交流，尤其是学硬件的孩子们，能多多分享各种
面试经验。注册了帐号，等了三天终于可以发帖了。
之前也面过不少公司，但准备不充分，全都无疾而终，浪费了不少好机会，随着OPT开
始生效，一年倒计时正式开始，开始着急了，开始越来越靠谱的求职了。目前仍在继续
复习，投简历过程中。
上周在学校面了National Instrument, 是近来第二次面试这家公司的不同组。发现他
家首轮面试有个共性就是很注重behavior问题的阐述，比如都会问你在debug过程中遇
到问题和解决问题的详细过程，会问如何在设计project过程中超过预期效果等等。
硬件部分的问题有，让画电路图用运算放大器实现给定的放大倍数，给RLC振荡回路画
Bode-plot.数电方向的题有给出时钟控制一个的输入a三输出r,g,b的box，已知a的不同
状态，rgb不同的输出顺序，让设计这个box的combination logic.

I have met a MIT EE MS graduate with good GPA, who do not know how to
analyze RC network, not how to derive simple step response, not bode plot,
whose transcript showed the these courses were taken.
The worst part is that she did not think she need to know. She thought it
was way much more important to get social networking. This was a fresh
graduate. Her work quality was worse than technicians.

company's ability to prevail in its patent disputes with Apple and Cisco,

quarter, with nearly 85% of the S&P 500 companies reported, it doesn't bode
well. Just 51% have exceeded net profit expectations, and only 40% or so

companies in the index have already lowered estimates for Q3, while only 21%
have raised.

作。因此不能频繁交易。了解哪些是track stock的，哪些是track bode, 哪个是cash
equivalent fund. 可以买10year average performance最好的fund，无脑定投；也可
以自己制定策略，适时切换现金/股票模式，切身体会是，由于进入现金位要待30天，
自己操作的performance很难beat 最好fund的performance。
退休后取出来的时候按但是的收入交税，不过一般换雇主后就roll over到自己的IRA里
面去了 |
