以版面为中心的管理方式看来很落伍
建议移转到一ID为中心的管理方式
ID分群， 群设群主， 每个ID注册伊始就分配群主一名。
每名群主上限管理（服务）100名ID
群主上设置团， 团长一名， 每个团长限服务群主5人
这样， 服务更到位， 工作量分配更均匀， 避免了版面中心方式很多
弊端： 比如有些版面萧条不堪， 也有许多版务， 有的版面繁荣无比，
缺只有少许版务
群主服务ID， 更了解ID需求， 服务更到位
这么好的主意， 呵呵 |

但是在美国的斗争方式，不是以当场吵架为有效方式的。这个家长需要联合其他家长，

座位探脚出去，只能脚后跟稍微踩到，实际上借不了多少力，起不了太大帮助；另外还
要考虑到lp穿高跟鞋上下的方便，还是宽一点的advance running board好一些。其实
我自己倒不觉得需要什么running board，下车的时候脚直接踩地上；但是要考虑到别
人坐车的时候可能用的上。
roof rail坚决不装，因为我不会用得上并且不想车子增加不必要的重量。 |

在一小公司干了6年的board level design, 从archetecture到画schematic 到
prototype bring up. lead了大大小小几十个产品 大到 10 个卡的 Ethernet base
modeler system, 小到 简单的 2口 Ethernet media converter。 最近和老板闹翻想
换工作， 本以为挺好找的， 结果一看原来没几个公司要作board level人的。6年白混
了。。。。。。。。。。 靠。

昨晚飞机降落都12点了。在机场叫了个suppershuttle回家。有个非常不好的经历。
在机场外suppershuttle的亭子里一个老墨，问了我地址后给我开了张boarding pass，
price上写着23.00+1.00，我 *记得* 他说是包括了小费的，（当然那时太累我也有可
能和tax混淆）。
等了好久来了个shuttle，上车开回去倒也顺利，到了家门口，我想既然加了tip是24，
我就再多给一块钱，于是拿出25刀cash，递给司机，告诉他keep the change。他在灯
下很仔细的看了看钱，然后絮絮叨叨：a dollar can't even buy a coca cola! 我告
诉他，在机场人家给我开boarding pass时告诉我小费已经算在内了。他拒绝承认。于
是我找他要receipt，他非常不情愿的骂骂咧咧的在车内翻找（由于口音，具体我不明
白他说什么，但是有f-word）。最后，他把在机场我给他的一张boarding pass的copy
递给我说是receipt。我告诉他不是，因为boar |

要漆两遍的。说是房子全部完成以后要再漆一遍因为盖房子过程中会把有的
board搞脏。我也见过有个房子刚造好不久，就是两面墙用的两个不同颜色的
hardie board，可能觉得这样更好看些。你看得那两种颜色是在同一面墙？ |
