另外quant developer这个职位职业发展如何， 是一个在一个小的group里面， 一个
quant， 3个developer，另一组trader就在旁边。 交流还比较多。
另外junior level的quant developer， 在connecticut （westport）一般收入如何，
base和bonus一般是多少。

监管新规限制影响，华尔街多名明星交易员选择投奔对冲基金行业。
过去的两年时间，华尔街银行业不是大砍报酬就是延迟付薪，并降低了交易员期望
投资的仓位水平，交易员们打算从对冲基金那里寻找更好机会。
根据彭博数据，去年巴克莱银行对员工发放的现金奖金最高上限是6.5万英镑(10.5
万美元)，德意志银行是10万欧元(13.1万美元)，摩根士丹利为12.5万美元。美国银行
部分员工的现金奖金最高被限定在15万美元。
纽约猎头公司Options Group的执行合伙人Michael Karp表示，对冲基金对董事总
经理级别的交易员开出的年薪大约是20万-25万美元。一些最大的对冲基金可能会把交
易员创造的盈利中最多12%发给他们做奖金。
根据纽约薪酬咨询机构Johnson Associates Inc。的统计，对冲基金和银行不同，

不就是比谁更悲催吗，这个哥们也行。我就来凑个热闹，权当是给学弟学妹点经验了。

烂铁还是去祸害帝国主义比较好一点。就这样开始考GRE，托福，雅思。
GRE不难，就是背红宝书。托福是真心考英语，要听要写，那绝对是我的罩门。高中时
每逢模拟考，我只要英语及格，基本上总分就能排在年级前列。至于英语考试超长发挥
这样的奇迹，从来就没有降临到我所在的这个宇宙。本以为稳拿到清华的特招，好像叫
黄表还是什么记不清了，这样就能够绕过英语这道坎，结果高考前一个月，班主任告诉

Belmont等。中国人特别多，娃多，探亲的父母也多。安全确实不行，但如果晚上不出
去，有人敲门不要轻易开，应该还可以。
但住Duke附近好处也很多啊。走路就到校园，没事可以逛Duke Garden,West Campus，
Gym啥的都很方便。尤其是有娃，周末带娃去校园玩，很多很好玩的地方，如果要开车

比较junior level的 quant developer， 100k的base ＋ 20% 左右的bonus（去年的
情况），
是比较合理还是偏低。
另外quant developer的upside比起来做it的developer如何。。。
毕竟hedge fund是 long hour。。 所以这个工资感觉比it的要低吧。
