如果是百花蜜的話（就是說什么花都有的那種）很容易結晶
但是如果是純的一種花的蜜很少會結晶
不知道對不對
以前我一直和clover honey，這個不是那么純的，如果放冰箱一定結晶
放在室內長時間也會開始結晶
但是現在找到一種超級好喝的蜜
是orange blossom honey，甜膩味很輕，卻有很特別的清香
因為攜帶的需要，我一般都放冰箱
雖然我的確喝得很快，但是從來都沒有結晶過 |

去年心血来潮学着玩了一次糖花和大小蛋糕装饰，今天发这里总结一下新手的尝试。
这里面有几个是先调好紫色的buttercream挤在cupcake上，然后撒点珍珠糖豆或者亮片
，再分别放上之前做好的糖花，就装饰好了。
下面这些最简单，就是把buttercream调好各种颜色分装到袋子里，然后用不同花嘴挤
在cupcake上。
这个蛋糕在做完玫瑰和边缘的装饰之后我还蛮满意的，可惜得意忘形了，就把蛋糕给蹭
坏了。然后字也手抖着写不好，早知道就不写啦，失败啊。

蜜蜂到FL，说是不想让蜜蜂闲着。他卖的他自己品牌的蜂蜜都是从North Dakota 进的
货repackaged. PA的蜜labeled as "Lancaster blossom". LOL. |

flower 和 clover,跟糖水没太大不同，然后轮到buckwheat, 一打开瓶盖，味道那个浓
郁啊，跟外面amish country 的空气是一样一样的 - 有机肥的味道， aka 马粪，真是
好奇害死猫啊。不过也让我想起小时候我奶奶自己发的荞麦酱，好像也是那个味。然后
网上说buckwheat honey 可治咳嗽，这两天早上起来磉子有些痒，就一杯热水加一勺，
化匀了喝，效果跟cough drop 差不多，再严重一些有没用就不知道了。

are low maintenance, which means you can leave them in soil during summer.
Most might rot there if you don't dig them out during summer.
There are certain varieties which can do it the opposite way, dormant in
winter and blossom in summer :) |

shoots from the past year, they are about 10 cm in length and have a large

one application. Because when you are trying to do that, you tend to over-
apply round-up, and kill the surrounding grasses.
If there are too many, mow low during blossom. Without the yellow flowers,

I have a couple of landscape trees/shrubs in my front yard, ranking from
tallest to shortest: a wiping cherry, a bloodgood maple, a rose of Sharon, a
dwarf apple, a green-leaved maple, a Crimson Queen maple. In addition,
there is a two-story tall spruce with very long/thick needles. A little bit
away from the house, there is a dogwood, another rose of sharon with pure
white
flowers, and a few others. Any time in a year except winter, there is at
