发帖数: 1074 | 2 我被我的fertility大夫搞得很糊涂。我大龄了(37)，一年前起意要孩子，年初不幸有
一次blighted ovum。最近又开始试了有三个周期，有些烦有些急，加上大龄，就去看
大夫。她做了下B超，很easy地跟我讲有PCOS tendency。然后测了几次血，不太正常的
有两项：
Free Testosterone 实测0.2 正常范围0.2-2.6
Insulin空腹 实测<2 正常范围 6-27
她还是很肯定地告诉我是PCOS tendency。建议我用Metformin或Clomid。我并不
against用药，不过我很有疑惑为什么她一定认为是PCOS倾向。因为，从我能在网上找
到的资料看，PCOS的一个主要表现是有insulin resistance。表现为身体对insulin不
sensitive，导致胰脏分泌更多的insulin，extra insulin 会刺激体内的一些组织，比
如卵巢。卵巢被刺激后会产生extra testosterone。所以，如果PCOS, 合理的应该是

是blighted ovum missed abortium. 伤心啊! 下周再去确认, 再没有就要做D&C, 或者

that. but i had three ultrasound and couple blood works done prior to my
surgery. hope your case turns out fine...

发帖数: 138 | 5 MM的情况很我差不多，上周第一次B超，显示胎囊1.3cm,6周左右，可是未见胎心和卵黄
囊，当时Tech就几乎可以肯定说是空囊，也就是blighted ovum.
下周一复诊，如果还是看不见胎心和卵黄囊，就要DC了。
据说空囊都是几率问题，68%是染色体的关系，也有可能是孕酮不足，或者是多囊卵巢
综合症，卵子能正常排出，也能够受孕，但就是因为数量太多，所以个体的营养不好，
也就是卵子很有可能里面是空的，所以即使和精子结合，那也是不能发育的。
说不难过是骗人的，好不容易盼星星盼月亮和老公试了一年才怀孕，而且又是第一胎，
这样就没了真的有种被老天戏弄的感觉。
计划DC结束和身体恢复之后，把该检查的都检查一下，再找个中医调理一下身体，希望
宝宝可以再来报到...

发帖数: 138 | 6 我去年4月也是和你老婆差不多的情况，第一胎，6周只有胎囊，没有胎芽和胎心，孕酮
只有10.2，HCG有30,000左右，虽然OB开了黄体素保胎，可是后来还是流产了。基本上
，现在只有请OB每隔48小时复查HCG，如果有翻倍增长就还有希望，不然就很有可能是
空囊，也就是blighted ovum.

发帖数: 416 | 7 我跟老公大龄结婚，去年初好不容易怀了宝宝，第一次查在６周多的时候，OB一定要阴
超确定日子，宝宝有心跳，可是去做1st trimester screen 的时候发现宝宝在１０周
多的时候停止了生长，去做了D＆C，胚胎Genetic检查正常.之后发现有持续出血，
一周后又做了一次D＆C。之后发现月经不准，有时候４，５个月没有月经，还经常有
YEAST INFECTION。
今年初换了个医生做了宫腔镜检查。
最近好不容易发现又怀孕了，可是HCG检查第一次２１９６, 两天以后3449，没有翻倍
； 后又做了Ultra sound, 第一次显示有５周大小，９天后再检查有６周大小，都没有
发现心跳，也没有yolk sac，医生说是blighted ovum，给了放在阴道里的misoprostol
让子宫收缩流产，或是等让自己流产，或是做D＆C。
自上次Ultra sound 我已经等了两周了，但是还没有自己流产的现象，已经要求医生在
做一次Ultra sound just in case 现在能看到心跳了，虽然他说这种可能性不大。是
为了让我心安.

发帖数: 1 | 9 第一次怀孕，虽然不是计划中的，但是知道要做妈妈了，还是很开心。没想到竟然这样
就结束了。今天是第九周了，确定是blighted ovum，受精卵从很早的时候就停止发育
了。
医生说可以等自然流产，也可以用药物促使宫缩流产，也可以D&C，都不会对以后怀孕
造成不好的影响。情感上我不想D&C，那样可能很难接受宝宝没有了。不知道自然流产
要等多久？我之前有怀孕的症状，上周四突然没有了，但是还没有出过血，肚子也没有
疼。有人用过药物流产么？不知道会怎样？

我和太太打算下周去Florida (第一次），计划在Miami呆一晚（从key west -> miami-
>Orlando），早上回Orlando，自己租车。想问问
1. 傍晚到Miami的话是不是就不要去beach了？
2. 想看夜景的话去哪里会比较安全（key biscayne吗？）
3. 晚餐在哪里比较好（安全、美味）。
4. 住哪个区域会比较安全和方便，只有一晚，预算100以内最好，安全第一，海景第二。
5. 市内开车需要注意什么 （驾龄1年，技术一般）？有些贴建议做出租车去beach，不

在Interstellar全美上映第三天早上终于去看了。特地选了俺这大农村方圆百里最大的
一块Imax 屏幕。就是这块屏幕前一天晚上我们来的时候队都排到了门外，票早早卖完
我们只好悻悻而归。这在俺这大农村是很罕见的，但更坚定了俺们俩口一定要去电影院
看这部片子的决心。于是今天提前一个小时就进了放映厅，厅里没人，直接选了最好的
位置。虽然我们特地选的周六最早场，但广大美帝人民群众对于科学的兴趣还是令人诧
异的高，不一会放映厅就满了，到处充斥着吃爆米花和喝可乐的声音，一场盛宴就开始

.2也出来了，原来用了这个地上看不见留言， 这个修好了， 用了下，还不错， 玩乐2
个小时基本30FPS没有slowdown, 今天下班后去blight town看看，PC的用了mod还慢不
慢。

1. compl33tionist. Complete 100 optional mission objectives. optional
objects are those mission objects in blue, not in white. If you missed your
playthrough, complete it in co-op game will not count. It's pretty hard to
miss it as one playthru gives you around 60 optional objectives. Not
including DLCs, you should have it.
