我倒是更加concern校车里面没有参与bully的其它小朋友，我要是他们的家长，肯定不
希望自己孩子坐在校车里然后突然冲上来一个大人一通带脏字的大骂，即使那个人骂得
不是自己孩子。当然，这些小朋友对于最初的bully行为没有见义勇为的制止，所以不
知道他们算不算bully的帮凶。

第一次比赛是07年5月。报了个Olympic Distance，自行车是40km. 比赛前一周花30刀
买了辆二手山地车，小区里溜了一圈就上场了。比赛中不停被套圈。不少选手对我的小
车很感兴趣，客气的会鼓励一下：Way to go, man! 不客气的扔下一句“Are u [
bleeping] kidding me?”后扬长而去。。。我的自行车时间超过2小时，总时间是4个
多小时，以倒数第一完成了比赛。
第二次比赛是半年之后。这次是half iron distance，自行车是56迈。我还是没怎么准
备，比赛前1个月买了辆90刀的二手公路车，骑了一次15迈的训练就上场了。比赛中自
行车时间是4小时多点，总时间8个多小时，名次是倒数第二。
这两次经历之后，我就把完成ironman（2.4迈游泳，112迈自行车，26.2迈跑步）定为
人生目标之一了。不过接下来认识了现在的lp，计划被耽搁了2年。到了09年底才报名

泳池里，因为氯气会腐蚀它的材料。看来还是不能太WS. 原本以为可以省下买泳裤的钱
，结果亏了。。。
今天骑车上班，15迈毛时48分钟。一路上保持20mph以上，最后的几迈比较平，速度到
了22-23。看来几次爬南山的练习真的提高了力量和耐力。今天在经过一个巴士站的时
候，有个等车的高中生很不友好地朝我喊：There is no bike lane! 我犹豫了1秒钟，
