如果 法官认为 Blackout 的定义是 喝多了，住院 5天 以上 才算 Blackout。 只要
没有 证据证明他因为 喝多了，住院 5天 以上 都不能证明 他 做伪证。

但是 blackout还是没有blackout 这个很subjective的 除非他当时有昏过去被送医院
的记录 要不就算很多人说Kavanaugh好几次喝得大醉 但Kavanaugh总可以狡辩说：但是
我脑子还是清醒的 啥都没忘记
这上面 首先这么追究Kavanaugh30年前的喝酒情况 本来就是不合理，但是呢 没有任何
人可以完让人信服和证明Kavanaugh曾经有过blackout的经历的 |

播；一个是本地的球队的比赛看不了LP直播(虽然赛后可以上LP看archived的录像）。
请问现在这两种blackout还是这样的情况吗？如果还对本地blackout的话，NJ地区对于
Nets算不算本地？（以前网队在新泽西的时候就看不了LP的直播）。

题。也作了些研究，买过一些号称是内带thermal blockout材料的窗帘，难看就不说了
，基本都是素色的，效果不怎么理想。还看到有推荐用那种直接贴在窗户上的thermal
film，据说可以阻隔UV，thermal，但是因为是一直贴在窗户上的，无法像窗帘一样拉
开或关上。
大家都是怎么解决的？有什么好的产品推荐嘛？多谢拉！ |
