背景：12年5月美国博士毕业，学校很一般，专业属于工程类极偏冷门，当时没在美国
找到工作，加之夫妻两都是单独，干脆回国！几经选择，回到原来本硕学校211当老师
，讲师干起。
下面分几个大家关心的类别开类讲：
职称：本硕的导师在系里没什么发言权，所以回去投靠院长队伍，呵呵呵，大家懂得，
国内极其讲究出身，这样我就在原导师眼里是叛徒，新老板眼里的外围了（说的严重了
）如果真的不是嫡系出身，同时为人又不是很机灵的话，基本不照顾，只是象征性的有
些。所以还是靠自己（重点：想海归的注意了，尽管国内天天喊海外招人，怎么怎么支

我们BME也有这个问题。听起来，Biomedical Engineering，多热门。但实际情况是，
Biomedical Engineering的公司很少招Biomedical Engineers。他们最多要几个
research scientists，一定要１００％对口。然后大批招的是EE(especially DSP)和
CS，这才是他们产品开发的主力。当然还有大批销售会计人员。
每次看到那些阳光少年满怀希望入学，都有些内疚。不过比纯生物还好些。 |

析，他给生物医学过去10年的科研工作者根据citation排了下名，在这里只统计第一作
者和最后一个作者的文章，其他打酱油的都去除了。感觉还是比较准确的。就是前400
人里面好像没有华人。
