做MULTI TESTS,需要得出ADJUSTED P-VALUES, 想用FDR PROCEDURE(B-H algorithm).
R 里有两个PACKAGES, multtest and FDR-AME, 可以做.
问题是:
1 在INSTALL LIST 里(R2.11.1)找不到FDR-AME;
2 DOWNLOAD multtest后, R 需要Biobase? 又找不到Biobase;
3 用这两个PACKAGES 得出的结论不太一样, 而它们用的方法是一样的,
都是B-H algorithm, 该怎么看呢?
4 若有example codes 就更好了;

需要把每个这样的单位里从P0到12的数据存成一个array,但是array的长度－12，不是
已知的。每个不同。
一边读入一边存，除了设个boolean调节起始，还有什么更简单的方法吗？
