一个朋友最近征求我的意见，觉得有一定的代表性，提出来看各位怎么对待这种鸡头凤
尾岗位的选择。
他有两个offer需要作出选择。一个是985学校的tenure-track 的研究员岗位，另外一
个是西部穷省的非211高校教授岗位，两个岗位的研究领域都是一样的，申请课题的难
易程度则后者占优（因为学校的领导是该领域权威）。
985高校的启动经费是200来万，平台好。另一个学校的启动经费和待遇等待朋友报价，
肯定比985的好不少。平台需要从无到有建设，不过据说将有大笔资金用于建设，属于
有钱没人干活那种。前者是个人独立经营实验室，各项制度都很规范，不容易出篓子。
后者除了经营自己的实验室之外，还需要协助系头带领一个讲师/副教授团队开展一个
