现在医生要给我做ERCP,她说ERCP很safe,但是我对这种invasive procedure还是很害怕
, 特别是她说会cut through a muscle to the bile duct, 而且这块肌肉一辈子都不
会恢复原样了. 这个以后年纪大了, 会不会有问题呢? 另外, 她说年轻人引起胰腺炎的
可能性会比较大.
我刚刚听到一个朋友也曾经有胆管结石, 没什么症状, 过几年就再查就没有了. 所以我

Prophy (Cleaning) per year. So one thing you can do is to ask your dentist
to change the Ful mouth Debridement as Dental Prophy. Basically, same
procedure, but Debridement will not covered by any Dental Plan. Dental
Debridement only done when you have a lot of denta calculus. But You
definitely can ask yur dentist to change the biling code. I usually help my
patients to do so.

stone? what kind of surgery he had? ERCP? or they really did an open
laparatomy? and now how did they know there is still stones formed? would
need more details,
in general vitamin C and moderate coffee intake and unsaturated fat
supposedly lower the formation of biliary stones, |

cholecholithiasis is pretty common in middle aged females (I say sorry if
you are a girl).
if MRCP and ERCP are both available immediately, I prefer ERCP, because with
ERCP, the doc can see what is happening in the bile duct, and Dx may be
confirmed by biopsy, and disease may be treated at the same time if a little
stone is the culprit.
While if you have to wait one month before that expert is available, then go
for MRCP instead. |
