脂类主要包括脂肪酸(fatty acids),脂肪酸衍生物(甘油酯,磷脂,鞘脂等)和固
醇类。
与碳水化合物类似,脂类是能量的来源。如果把糖比作流通的货币,那我会把油脂比作
金子,因为单个脂分子所能提供的能量远大于糖,并且脂肪是能量存储的主要形式。从
能量来源的角度看,脂类可由碳水和蛋白质替代。但被很多人忽视的一点是摄入脂类的
必须性。
生物膜系统,包括细胞膜和细胞内各种细胞器膜,都是以lipid bilayer构成。生长发
育期的孩子,需要进行大规模的细胞增殖以满足器官组织的增长。而每一个新细胞的形
成都需要用脂类作为基石。另外,大脑的发育和神经网络的架构是儿童发育时期的重中
之重。而神经细胞对生物膜的需求又特别高。所以老有广告吹什么DHA提高儿童智力。
就算是成年人,身体内的细胞也是会不断衰老并被新的细胞取代。学习和记忆也需要不
断重塑神经网络。
其次,人体必须的各种激素和维生素是固醇衍生物。固醇的缺乏会造成内分泌紊乱。
最后,也是很多人会忽略的一点是,蛋白质的消化吸收是需要脂类的。肠道内的蛋白质

GPCR的C terminus都是结合arrestin重要的位点,磷酸化与否是arrestin结合的关键因
素,虽然有些例外。receptor和arrestin结合不稳定并不是指affinity,而是整个过程
非常的dynamic,传统的观念,也是这篇文章的point,就是arrestin结合C terminus,
然后再构象变化结合到G protein结合位点上。但实际上,很多receptor结合arrestin
但是不internalize,或者结合arrestin但是没有arrestin signaling,这些都不是这
个简单的模型可以回答的,实际结合过程可能更为复杂,不是一个单一或均一affinity
的状态,甚至还有可能需要其它蛋白的帮助。如果真affinity很高,这篇文章里也不会

莫非你就是其中一件丑事的主角,干嘛一触即发,破口大骂呢?
袁荃做的是还不错,但不意味武大化学系就有多好了。
举例来说,即使袁荃和另外一位新招的楚天特聘教授傅磊相比,也能看出武大化学系在其中有没有猫腻了。
首先补充一点:袁荃的老公叫廖蕾,也是武大物理系新招的楚天特聘教授,可以作为很好的对照体系。
比比三人的publication和经历,就能明显看出水平之比是:
廖蕾>袁荃>傅磊
但从袁荃却没有评上楚天特聘。

bandgap, trilayer -----overlap band gap.
1.那么在perpendicular magnetic field 的作用下,graphene 的情况如何呢?
bandgap 能打开? 还是打开excitonic condensation gap?还是其他情况??
2. four-terminal graphene device 在perpendicular magnetic field 的作用下,发
现测量的电阻(不是hall effect 磁阻)线性或者非线性的随着磁场增加而增加,也就
是: R vs B, 这个如何解释?

ur molecule need to be lipophilic in order to pass the cell membrane(lipid
bilayer), if it is hydrophilic, then u need active transport. but as what u
said, too lipophilic will decrease solubility and cause PK, protein binding
, etc. problems. it is a balance. in some cases i saw solubility gave in
to potency, then people will try to make salt, or prodrugs to get around the
solubility problem |
