facebook上有人贴了这帮垃圾事后的聊天记录.
有个人说了他们砸车,然后梁跑路了.
还说本来都挺好的,没想到跑了.
wsj的记者在误导大家；
警察说的这句话，没有时间点：

但记者，把警察的话，加在路虎压人之前，叙述一个不在场的人事后总结/猜测/估计。
就是，想让读者以为。。。。
反光镜被砸，还有一个可能的时间点是终点。因为，最后的图片显示，右边玻璃也被砸
了！

东西：
running shorts, trail shoes, water pack with a bottle of gadorate, 手表，
几块energy bar, 外加钥匙..出发...在外面做了简单的warmup..出发..首先经过的是
平时
跑得一段trail.旁边就是golf court...一个多mile后,分道,往左拐了(右拐是平时的
路径)..以前在下面就远远的看到2层环山的公路,就很想上去, 一直没有,也不知道怎么
上去..但是凭判断应该是沿着这条路, 因为旁边有牌子指示"lookout mountain"..一会
后面上来几个biker, 就跟着他们..一会又看到前面石头砌的大门, 几辆汽车扒在那里,
一些biker在换衣服。。心想肯定就是这条路了。。于是就开始了漫长的跑山。。路是
标准的两条lane的公路，但我穿的是trail shoes, 有点硬..汽车很少很少, biker不短的

据说bikers的一般年薪5w，买辆二轮车，也是花老鼻子了，对了，还有给政府的税费和
保险，和汽车一样多。当然，很多人不交钱，但是危险就更大。从收入，保护和装备来
说，bikers都是弱者。所以他们要一起出来玩，才壮个胆儿。他们大多是被欺负的，从
小到大被老师，父母，社会修理，你可以理解是在帮他们改正，但是过程和方法不乏对
他们意志和身体的侵害。听每一个问题少年所受的伤，都是罄竹难书啊！
Well，你会说，这没办法，资源有限，不能让谁都随便玩。但是副作用是，这些混混会
犯过来欺负比他更弱的。当然，强人就不管了，保护好妻儿老小就行。
但是你看那么多金的一个人，却被欺负成这样，批评混混的同时，不得不要检讨亚裔自

首先表扬CNN有这个采访，可让大家知道一些现在还不怎么广为人知的非常重要的真相
（例如车主妻子也被assulated,如果不是有这样的路人英雄站出来，不知道还要发生什
么）。但是有这么重要信息的这个录像并不是很容易找到，没有放到CNN最相关的页面
上，例如说在CNN US下面。在CNN主页容易找到的和此事件最“相关”的文章都没提这
个妻子也被assulated的信息，还动不动就是“bikers speak out"之类的东西。看了这
个路人采访再加上那个视频截频分析（例如说那个break check的Cruz根本就没被撞倒
，也就谈不上什么受伤），就可知那些biker的言论是多么的不可信，但这些谎言还是
占据了很多版面。
另外现在对这个车主真是非常佩服，他的几个决策现在看来都是非常正确，而我是至少
想了一天多才明白的。一个就是下高速进市区，很多人（包括我）的第一感觉是车主太

人按喇叭很平常的，结果某个biker直接cut off进来，你追了biker的尾。这个司机也
full stop了

forced the SUV to stop for a second time. I mixed it up with the initial
stop. What the bikers did immediately after the first stop was not very
clearly shown in the video, but the NYPD said that the bikers did some

如果陆虎哥没事，以后biker帮在路上可能能消停点儿，因为有案例支持碾压阻挡避险
的人员和车辆无罪，其他碰到类似情况就毫不犹豫的撞了，撞死了也是白撞。

面还跟了两个车呢。真被直行汽车堵死在一条LANE上也就不用滴了，有口子过不去心里
痒呗！呵呵
不过YUEYU说的那种情况也看见过，就是BIKER让了让，汽车不敢过。
见着自行车或者摩托车，汽车司机很容易在心理上有躲避意识，能多绕点多绕点。蹭了
别的车是BODYSHOP，蹭了BIKER是医院。
重点是说其实骑手和司机一样，都有ROAD RAGE，但是双方的地位其实是有差别的，骑
手危险多了。
这里夸一下BELLYBUTTON独立日介绍的PRIUS丢，起步那个软！永远跟人后头，再不着急

biker们不守规则，比方说有人说过的不停stop sign，是普遍的，猖狂的，明目张胆的
，违反了规则还觉得自己有理。这个大家还是要公平认识。driver故意不守规则的毕竟
还是少数。
driver当然应该defensive driving，biker也应该defnesive biking。真出了事，不是
driver“不见棺材不掉泪”，而是biker见棺材，driver掉泪，谁都够惨，lose/lose。 |

还有Mercury News有过一个文章，说是biker们看到路边停车挡住了bike lane，就会故
意拿钥匙划人家车子，很多人因为紧急停车在路边被划的。后边一片biker hater

sense that a biker enjoys the privileges of both. When a biker is on the

事情的发生难道不是这样？ biker man 挑衅在先，然后发生一次碰撞，事后看这次碰
撞并不严重。 然后biker们蜂拥而上，拽门砸车。视频中可以看到门已经被拽开。你不
会认为他们拽开车门是为了友好协商吧。然后路虎男夺路而逃，其间撞伤biker 男一名
。最后还是没有逃掉，被暴打一顿。
想不出比路虎男所做的更好的策略。一家老小都在车上，当时不跑，谁知道会发生什么
。当然现在会面临法律诉讼，但这也是没办法的办法。这是事找你，不是你找事。不跑
下车跟对方说，大哥大哥，消消气，估计不会管用。

offensive way. The driver honked to warn them. One asshole deliberately
braked in front of the car and was rear-ended. They started looking for
troubles. The driver was scared and tried to get away at all cost.
Consequently he ran over a motorcycle. Those assholes then chased him down.

motorcycle licenses and confiscate the bikes. Since the article mentioned
many of the motorcycles didn't have license plates, let's have a big traffic
crackdown on the ones without plates. Along with some of the more idiotic
behavior, such as riding in between lanes of traffic on highways.

too off at this situation when there is a toddler and a woman in car. The
SUV driver could have done much more serious damage to the bikers but
apparently he tried hard to tolerate and was unfortunately being beaten in
front of his wife and child. Women and babies have much higher rights and
priority than any men in the country. |
