加州一号公路本来流传着诸多美丽传说，不幸的是, 我们一进入Big Sur就遇到了浓得
化不开的大雾，还持续了漫长的两天，一切原本的美好俱为坑爹。
传说中的七彩城
Capitola, 在santa cruz的南面１０迈，以前多次扬长而过，浑然不知这里藏着个象积木
搭出来的童话世界。小镇上似乎每个行人都在赶往沙滩，到处听闻鸟语花香，欢声笑语
。走近了惊讶得发现家家门口堆着沙袋，原来涨潮时家里容易水漫金山。童话色彩缤纷
，生活从不完美。
传说中的百合谷
calla lily，中文名叫马蹄莲，是Big Sur最早盛开的野花。这片海边幽谷位于
Garrapata State Park, 曾被一些摄影师拍得惊心动魄。公园很大，好在从大师那里拿
到了精准的GPS点，我们直扑而去，可惜四月已是此季的尾声。不远处有个糖水风光男
扛着三角架，徘徊在凋零的花丛间，愁眉苦脸，却对边上努力开放的印第安画笔视而不
见。

1. Bixby bridge，carmel往南13mile 左右。著名的california 地标，经常出现在
各种明信片中。沿hwy-1往南开的话，在桥前有个停车场，可以停下拍照观景。今年三
月湾区下辐射雨的时候，把hwy-1一段路冲垮了，所以在bixby bridge北边一点有一段
100ft one-way traffic control。
2. pfeiffer falls, 在pfeiffer big sur state park 里面，60ft 高，about
half mile hiking。老少咸宜。
Trail 在redwood forest 里面，沿着小溪蜿蜒而上，无数的小木桥穿梭其中。

周末带几家人在big sur camping，说说附近好玩的地方，供大家以后参考。

写的会的语言( core Java，MySQL之类）和招聘页面上要求的比起来都特别naive，所
以在想投职位同时像某个好找工作的方向学一些工业界常用框架。
最近联系上一个ICC （marlab)公司，里面的工作人员非常推荐给我进行Big data方面
的training然后找工作，因为据说未来工资很高，而且可以脱离码工命运（虽然不知道
为什么）。
但是我周围已经工作的码工同学都没有做big data方向也不认识做big data的人，而且
都说front end 好找工作，认为big data都是有很多年工作经验的人转过来做的，并不
适合new graduate。
所以我的疑惑有这样几点：
1. big data 只是个最近流行的噱头吗？真的好找工作嘛？
2. big data 就业面广吗？是不是只有大城市或大公司才提供这些职位？
3. big data 工资非常高吗？比如比做前端的高很多吗？
4. 请教哪个方向好找工作：比如： ios/andrew design, front-end网页设计，刷

长周末闲来无事，决定出去开车兜兜风，开的远点儿来个road trip，别把一个周末在
家都浪费掉了。去哪儿呢，因为还从来没有去过Big band national park, 于是就把它
初定为目的地。上网做了点调查，才发现因为天热现在是淡季，没什么人去。一看天气
预报那里周末都是90多度，想想别去了把自己烤糊了，有些打起了退堂鼓。但转念一想
，最初不就是想兜风来个road trip吗，所以公园如果热得没法呆，最差就兜个圈开回
来呗。于是上网定旅店，结果虽说淡季却在离公园比较近的Alpine订不到房间，只能在
远一些的Fort Stockton定到，离公园有100迈多，定了一夜。

去旅馆的路沿着I-10有500多迈约七个小时路程，但没有旅游任务，所以早上也就没有

请大家给点意见。
1. java offer：
本地小公司(100来人），纯java, 起薪很低（<60k), 每天需要高速单程一个小时，
公司福利只能说是一般。公司人还不错，离家不算太远，每天能见到孩子 （5岁小孩）。
2. big data offer:
直接说名字吧，Accenture的big data / NoSQL developer职位， 地点在北加。现
在给的offer是 82k base, 3k relocation， 福利好像是标准的， offer的内容还没具
体谈，根据我的背景和经验，变动的幅度不大。
我只懂一些hadoop的基础，没有任何machine learning, statistics方面的知识，
很担心如果进入这行，特别是在accenture里，能不能存活下来。 另外，accenture这
个公司大家也清楚，进去后，估计不会太轻松（主要是同事间的peer competition和公

在加州海岸线的CA-1号公路上，从Carmel小镇向南行驶，有一段最美的海景公路-Big
Sur. 这个名字是从西班牙语"el sur grande"来的，意思是大南区。由于其优美的景色
，国家地理杂志称这里为50 Places of a Lifetime（一生必去的50个地方）。这段90
英里的盘山海岸线峰回路转、景色绝美，加上沿海的天气多变，在云雾缭绕的一号公路
行驶，颇有“云中漫步”的感觉。在Big sur，风景千变万化，葱郁的青山，湛蓝的大
海，与陡峭的悬崖完美的结合，让人心旷神怡。

，日落会穿过岩洞。
1号过Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park入口往南0.7英哩，右转没有路标的路口，
行驶2.5英哩停车场停车，立即是海滩。

发帖数: 5402 | 48 两个星期前去的。过两天再具体写出来跟大家分享点经验。
如果你喜欢Hiking和摄影的话，一定不要错过这里。这里的秋天非常的不错。只是Big
Bend，hiking的话，一个星期都不够。如果不喜欢Hiking，两天就够了，还会觉得没意
思。
在Big Bend里面玩了三天，很忙，好多地方都没去成。玩完的话，估计还要几天。同时
稍微游玩了一下Big Bend Ranch State Park，从170开过去，还有很多风景和玩的地方。
在Guadalupe Mountains NP Hike了两天，也是很匆忙，没玩够。下次就去一个公园就
行了。当然了，如果不喜欢Hiking和户外活动的话，这里一天看看就够了。现在这山里
红叶很多的。
秋天是hiking，camping和摄影的好季节，冬天估计还是冷了点。

开车要13-15个小时，做火车要15个多小时。

发帖数: 204 | 50 长周末闲来无事，决定出去开车兜兜风，开的远点儿来个road trip，别把一个周末在
家都浪费掉了。去哪儿呢，因为还从来没有去过Big bend national park, 于是就把它
初定为目的地。上网做了点调查，才发现因为天热现在是淡季，没什么人去。一看天气
预报那里周末都是90多度，想想别去了把自己烤糊了，有些打起了退堂鼓。但转念一想
，最初不就是想兜风来个road trip吗，所以公园如果热得没法呆，最差就兜个圈开回
来呗。于是上网定旅店，结果虽说淡季却在离公园比较近的Alpine订不到房间，只能在
远一些的Fort Stockton定到，离公园有100迈多，定了一夜。
（一）第一天，上路，8/31
去旅馆的路沿着I-10有500多迈约七个小时路程，但没有旅游任务，所以早上也就没有
急着出门。结果刚要上路，发现车差点儿没打起来。这要是半路或公园里熄火麻烦就大
了，于是开到dealer那里先去修车。被告知周六非常忙，至少两个半钟头。这不修车的
险可不敢冒，没别的选择，只有等。到下午两点多车终于修完了，告知换了个电池，还
