用这句话之前是否必须把mybib.bib放在和.tex file同样的目录下还是把mybib.bib放
在和latex.exe一样的目录下面？如何才能灵活的指定路径？

the same as the main tex file. This is really weird, but it work this way
and I got the result I'd like to have.
There must be a way to specify the path for the bib file desired. otherwise,
this does not make any sense at all. |

但就是要给endnote的每个citation一个label，如果endnote的citation如果没有label，convert过去的bib file就没有label（名字）。不知道这样的bib file用起来又什么问题？还有就是如果不用label的，这个网页好像比较有用：

但，我就是一直没琢磨出来它里面这custom 1去哪里找：就是这行话：

到文章以后点cite直接export citation复制黏贴到.bib里，编译几遍可以直接就这样

发帖数: 1312 | 16 我也没做过，想想就觉得不容易。RNA-seq大多数基因都有明确的boundary，很好统计
每个gene/transcript的count。但是ChIP-seq就太复杂了。是按照每个binding site在
不同条件下来比较呢？还是调节某个基因的所有binding sites来比较？后者不但要考
虑gene length，还要考虑如何定义哪些binding sites是调节哪个基因的，这个现有知
识估计还不完全吧。
简单查了一下，目前differential binding analysis（我之前叫DE其实不对），几乎
都是比较单个的binding site/peak的count差异（如果是这样的话我觉得应该不用考虑
基因长度的影响）。下边篇文章比较了十几个ChIP-seq differential analysis的软件
，简单的提到了gene ontology，找nearest gene。所以应该还是可以做GO的。里边也
提到length of differential region, 不过我就没有细看了。希望能有点帮助。

首先，神雕采用双头气动外形是有她的道理的，因为神雕是反隐身无人机，不出所料，一个头里面装的是米波雷达，另外一个头里装的是相控阵雷达。 米波雷达主要是用于发现隐身机，以前都说中国要买捷克的什么反隐身米波雷达，其实也是瞎扯淡。中国在1950-60年代击落U2侦察机时，就是先用派35米波雷达先发现U2再用红旗2导弹的火控雷达锁定，然后击落。U2的机身涂有美国早期的隐身涂料，RCS隐身值很小，但是仍然躲不过派35雷达的搜索。
这说明我们用米波雷达对付隐身机的历史可以追溯到50年前，敌人在发展，我们也没有闲着。所以，神雕上的米波雷达应该是更先进的型号，不过米波雷达探测的精度不高。
神雕的另外一个头里装的是相控阵雷达，在米波雷达发现隐身机后，交班给相控阵雷达精确锁定，再通过数据链传给指管部门（也就是C4ISR系统）。
神雕为什么做成双头，道理在这里。目前世界上还没有什么反隐身无人机面世，中国的神雕是创新，朋友们也不要再给神雕找爹了，她爹就是中国的科技工作者。
