the New York Times, but I did on Wednesday. The Times criticized the $1.92
billion settlement agreed to by HSBC as “a dark day for the rule of law.”

封不是私人信件，希拉里就违法了。可是Comey顾左言他，蓄意把大众的视线引导在未
被删的邮件上。其实他手上明明有那些被删的邮件，至少是一部分，因为他有克林顿助
手Cheryl Mills和Heather Samuelson的电脑，从上面完全可以恢复部分被删邮件；再
不济他也可以向NSA要，但他就是不做，保护希拉里的用心很明显。
这次是三哥检查官Preet Bharara发威了，9/22日搞到了胡麻的电脑，而胡麻从来不删
自己电脑的邮件，除了胡麻自己和希拉里往来的邮件，胡麻甚至可能有希拉里的密码并
且在自己的电脑上登陆下载无数邮件到本机。尽管Bharara也是民主党的，但明显和
Comey不是一路的，一向战力爆表，所以现在Comey给吓尿了。

那么截然分明。具体到这个案子，从上面的几则报道看，是F B I和检查官联合调查，
但至少说明F B I在积极调查，这和邮件门中的蓄意掩盖是矛盾的。那Comey周五的通报
到底是主动的还是被动的？
还有，假定Comey手中有被删的邮件，能否凭这些邮件订罪我还是有疑问。如果是的话
，现在抛出被删的邮件，那是不是就可以终结Hillary了？
