有几点共鸣的地方
1. hardwork--成功的门票。TRUMP也这么说。
2. 不是difference in IQ; it’s parenting。家长应该重视起来。
3. 美国花钱最多，成果最差，这点TRUMP也提出来了。而且用的就是教育这个缺。国家
教育上不去，和上两点的不重视很有关系。加上联邦压下来的common core就算有特性
，但是漏洞多多，弊大于利。
4. holistic就是一个easy excuse。试图绕过1和2. 又是和1、2两点的不重视的再现。 |

usually fine. You should take 295 exit at Mount Laurel and take Rt 38,
drive all the way through Camden and take Walt Whitman bridge. You may hit
some traffice on Rt 38 in Cherry Hill and in Camden, but it is usually fine.
Alternatively you can take 73 to Betsy Ross bridge, you may hit some
traffic on 95 south
right off Betsy Ross bridge, but that should be a short traffic between
Betsy Ross and Ben Franklin. |

Betsy看来属于建制派，当年也就是2003年，她当密州共和党椅子的时候，她对AA的态
度和建制派态度一模一样。就是原则上反对考虑种族，但是也不想在这件事情上激起民
间的种族对立。
当年，Ward Connerly想在美国各个州都禁止AA的时候，他去佛州见结巴布什。见完面
，他就知道结巴不会帮他。所以在现在八个禁止AA的州里，佛州很特殊。佛州是结巴通
过州长行政令禁止。而其他州是通过州宪法修正案。
Betsy对Ward的态度和结巴对Ward的态度几乎一模一样。

一、美国的学校有哪些？
首先，美国并没有全国性中央教育系统，大部分k-12学生可以自行选择【免费的】公立
学校教育以及私立学校教育。以教学质量来论，总体来说：顶级私立学校>顶级公立学
校>一般私立学校>一般公立学校：
1、公立学校主要是指由国家、州以及地区自己提供资金的学校，主要包括：
a、按照学区分配的公立学校（school districts system），能够获得国家、州、地区
税收三重预算资金办学。
这些学校一般都通过学生居住的地址排位。这类学校受地方税收（主要是地税）的影响
较大，催生学区房的诞生，高房价带来高地税带来更好的社区环境与地税资金来源。
而另一面，一些比较杂乱的区域，家长不重视教育，房价低地税少，催生了很多破烂公
校，老师坐在政府提供的资金上不求有功但求无过，对于区内教育现状的恶化也无动于

发帖数: 1956 | 38 昨天收到学校来信，说民主党州长新预算提案出来了，教育经费这一块有大的变动。其
中之一，是要大幅度把富裕学区的经费转到穷学区那里，所谓的“杀富济贫”吧。但富
裕学区其实都是好学区，穷学区都是差学区，等效于把钱从好学区转到差学区。我们这
边的校领导说，这个提案若通过，会对本学区产生"severe impact", 紧急通知所有家
长，做好心理准备，估计是又要加地税了。
回想，前几天共和党的Betsy DeVos涉险过关，成为教育部长的事情。Betsy的school
choice实质就是要把公立的钱转而支持私立和教会学校，所谓的“假公济私”吧，当然
也有人认为其实是要把钱转给教会，这我不评论。
“杀富济贫”也好，“假公济私”也好， 两党权斗结果是，刀最终砍向了“公立的好
学区”，受影响最深的还是中产阶级。
我不知道公立的好学区有啥问题？中国，日本，韩国，新加坡等国家，不都靠公立好学
校培养了大批人才吗？国家和地方政府对这些好的公立学校都是重点扶植。美国现在是
反其道而行至，这也太怪了吧。
我不否认差学区需要更多照顾，但不必非要杀鸡取蛋吧？ 我也承认私立教育水准会高

第一条裙子是white house black market的，那个店貌似不是target 25岁以下消费者
的吧。。。而且绝对是连wedding都能穿去的，就比betsy johnson的裙子要简单一点了。
呃如果这些都穿不出门，300块的衣服你都穿不出门，你要7，800上千的礼服裙才能穿
出门？还有版上那么多人也奔express的衣服，express可以关门了。

觉差得太远了，一个用了那么美的灯光色调，另一个则赤裸裸的几近原始的暴露在阳光
下。可是南国野兽是一部那么好的电影，2012年的奥斯卡提名了四个大奖，最佳电影，
导演，最佳女主（audition的时候她年仅5岁），和最佳改编剧本。跟其它的提名电影

看完The Immigrant后，我紧接着看了Beasts of the Southern Wild。这两部电影的感
觉差得太远了，一个用了那么美的灯光色调，另一个则赤裸裸的几近原始的暴露在阳光
下。可是南国野兽是一部那么好的电影，2012年的奥斯卡提名了四个大奖，最佳电影，
导演，最佳女主（audition的时候她年仅5岁），和最佳改编剧本。跟其它的提名电影
比起来，它的票房少得可怜，可是我觉得它一点也没有比别的提名电影逊色。
