者发布了 iOS 7 第四个开发者测试版。
iOS 7 beta 4 的发布打破了 iOS 7 测试版两周一更新的规律，和 beta 3 相差了
整整三周。此前苹果开发者中心门户网站曾遭到黑客攻击，人们纷纷猜测这很可能影响
到 beta 4 的发布，果不其然，尽管苹果首席财政官彼得•奥本海默后来曾明确

- 多人BETA将包含至少两张地图，Thrashball和Checkout。Thrashball是一个破旧的体
育场，而Checkout是一个购
物中心。
- 多人版将可以解锁正式版的特殊道具。打满90场可以解锁beta中的金色Lancer，然后
再用它杀死100个玩家就可以在
正式版试用。打满70场可以在beta内解锁Cole的Thrashball队服，然后再打13场就可以
在正式版使用。
- 操作将有小改变，比如轻按X可以抗起队友，按住X可以捡起武器或者弹药。轻按Y可

这样的话，最终binomial的p就是p1和p2的weighted sum。而我实际要处理的是个beta
distribution。我统计太差，对参数alpha和beta没有这里的p这样直观的感觉，琢磨不
明白。问题可以描述成这样：
两个药厂分别生产红蓝两种药丸，各自有一定比率的次品。假设红药丸的合格率服从一
个Beta（a_1,b_1）的分布，蓝色药丸合格率服从一个Beta（a_2,b_2)的分布。如果把
两种药丸混合，其中红色占p，那么混合在一起的药丸的合格率如何分布？
我头疼的是这里参数a和b的意义。我看到的都是基于prior probability 来定义的。比
如如果prior是uniform distribution，那就是Beta(1,1),然后测试了一些药丸，发现
有m个有效，n个无效，那么 posterior probability 分布就是Beta(1+m,1+n)。按照这
个prior的话，红药丸测试中有a_1-1个有效，b_1-1个无效；蓝色药丸有a_2-1个有效，
b_2-1个无效。

I bought this cell line twice from ATCC, but I could not detect beta-actin
at all. The expression of beta-actin as shown by Western blot in this cell
line was reported in the literature.
I could detect GAPDH in this cell line.
I could use the same beta-actin antibody (Sigma) to detect beta-actin in
other human cell lines (urothelial and non-urothelial carcinoma) using the

发现关于beta cell stem/progenitor cell的争论还挺热闹的。
顶尖杂志上经常你来我往灌水争论这个progenitor cell到底存在不存在。
04年Melton DA组的一片nature用了Insulin的reporter mice做了genetic tracing，说
新生的beta cell都是从existing beta cell长出来的，
但08年Xiaobo Xu的Cell比较清楚的证明了progenitor cell的存在，
11年3月的Simon R. Smukler的cell stem cell和说这个细胞是存在的，而且直接说
Melton当年nature paper里面的老鼠有问题。不过看了11年CSC的文章从submit到接受
用了差不多两年，不知道是不是业内反对派的能量太大啊？
CSC配了一片previews，看上去也是各种抹稀泥，各打五十大板，
说progenitor cell是存在的，但是differentiated beta cell自己duplicate也是存在
的。

不严谨）这其实就是一个两个beta distribution 的 mixture distribution
后来我觉得这个模型不符合这个问题
我主贴用比较容易理解的binomial distribution也是想说明这个区别
我们把beta distribution看做probability的distribution的话，按照这个mixture的
模型，混就是从不同distribution来的probability，或者说set of trails。但是我们
直接混的是trail本身。我认为是不一样的
举个极端的例子，红药丸合格率服从beta（1000,1），几乎全部合格，蓝药丸合格率服
从beta（1,1000），几乎全部不合格。等比混合之后，我们可以预期混合组的合格率为
一峰值在0.5左右的分布，大概是beta（500,500）这样子的
而按照mixture distribution的模型，这会是一个bimodal的分布，两个峰分别在0和1

首先，我只玩过BF3 beta的哪一个地图，那个地图看着很大，但是，却被分成了4份，
每一个小任务的区域就是一小块。
而且，最操蛋的是，每一个小任务的区域是有限制的。
比如说，防守方在第一个任务里是防守防空导弹，我（进攻方）曾经试着从边路包抄到
防守方的后方，然后再开始ws。当我不远万里，历经千辛万苦快要跑到位的时候，我的
屏幕上出现红色的十秒倒数。意思是我出了交战区域，NMBD，我跑这么远就是为了杀人
，还不是交战区域？！
所以虽然BF3的地图整体很大，但是！！！可以玩的就是一小块，这一小块实际是没有
COD的正常地图（不包括nuketown）大的，而且小很多。当然有些人也可以这样玩，比
如，在玩公交车埋包时，你可以整个地图都可以跑，从公园里，跑到地铁里，跑到地铁
上层，再跑回去，然后高呼，这地图真tm大。你也知道的，sb年年有，今年特别多
再说，，64人同时在线玩一个图，这是另一点BF3吹嘘的。我玩过MAG，可以256对战，
连级对抗，而BF3，也就算是排级对抗。所以BF3在这点真的很残次。而且MAG的地图是

首先说一下，抽中beta的是我家LD，不是我。而且不是在第一天抽中的，估计这个beta
的key是慢慢放出来的，就算一开始没抽上，以后还是有机会的。
玩了一个多星期，总体来说感觉不错，beta最高只到13级，只有act1第一个boss可以打
，我的体验也就是低级选手的体验。
小号：
个人感觉D3非常鼓励练小号，因为账号里的所有觉得很多方面都是共享的。比方说钱，
上周末一些朋友来我家玩的时候新建了号，很惊讶的发现刚建的号里面有4万多的钱。
事实上不仅是钱，你在inn前面的那个箱子也是账号共享。高级号往箱子里面放东西，
低级角色可以直接拿，再不用像D2那样建个游戏扔东西。
箱子一开始只有2*8的位置，你需要花钱买更多的空间。好像是2500金买2*8。当你把第
一个tab的8*8买满了以后，你需要10000买下一个tab。新买得tab还是只有2*8。这个

As noted by Cult of Mac, Apple has removed references to the Messages for
Mac beta that the company released for OS X Lion in mid-February to provide
a preview of the functionality coming in OS X Mountain Lion.
There’s still a Messages for Mac link at the bottom of Apple’s Downloads
page — as you can see below — but again, it just redirects to the Mac OS X
page, where a Messages beta cannot be found.

Apple has released an over-the-air update to the iOS 6 Beta which was first
released after the WWDC keynote on June 11. The update weighs in at 332MB
for iPhone 4S users.
Beta 2 has a build number of 10A5338d, up from Beta 1's build number of
10A5316k. Apple also released Xcode 4.5 Developer Preview 2 and Apple TV
Software beta 2.

Leaks first appeared in May that Apple was planning to add web versions of
the Reminders and Notes iOS apps to iCloud.com for access from desktop Macs
and PCs.
The iCloud Beta portal has since been activated for developers enrolled the
iOS 6 beta at beta.icloud.com. The site displays "Beta" tags on Calendar,

installed an ran for free. As with all beta programs, this can have bugs.
But from what I understand most MS products released in public beta are
pretty stable. I'm not sure as of yet if the beta download will be time

人物模型精度比较粗糙，所以不吃显卡，用ATI 4770的卡，也可以效果全开勉强上
60fps。
只看了朋友玩女DH，高跟鞋紧身裤，弓弩+陷阱，技能看着没啥新鲜的。
blz牛逼在美工，所以虽然画面精度一般，但是总体效果还是很好，贴别是隔远点看，
总体画面还是偏上乘。
总体画风比较像一代和WOW的合体，没有一代dark，没有WOW鲜亮。比二代好看太多了，
个人比较喜欢一代的教堂古堡地牢的哥特风格，不喜欢二代的埃及金字塔南美热带丛林
的乱入风格，还有二代第一幕和第四幕的画面看起来又比较渣。所以个人感觉三代画面
比二代好太多了。
场景是亮点，beta只打倒骷髅王(一代大家屠过一遍的那家伙), 但是场景变化很多，小
村，荒野，各种坟头和古墓，地窖，小地牢，还有骷髅王的地下宫殿。场景变化之快，
远远超过前两代的速度，貌似解决的Diablo系列场景单一的问题，大赞！希望后面的关
卡也保持这种水准。
说完画面，说说系统，随地掉血瓶很多，都是碰到就吃掉的那种GOW actin游戏的风格
。没魔法瓶了，自动回魔很快。DH有攻击防御两种魔法值，攻击魔法回复得快，防御的
