果activate了一次没过，revoke后经理又重新activate后我买走了。等我过几天去cash
out的时候被告知这张卡里没有钱？返回Bestbuy, 人家说有fraud alert, 把里面的$
200自动取消了。店经理在那里打了一个多小时的电话，最后还是没办法，退了我$200

bestbuy的receipt上会不会记录serial number。

直没消息，问了之后说是他们找不到order也没有看到receipt，回头上bestbuy
account查居然找
不到这个order。
问bestbuy说是他们系统有这个问题一两个月了，还在work，说是可以mail给我receipt
， 但要2
周，等到那会儿Bing都关了。。。
请问有谁有同样经历么？该怎么处理呢？ |

调查
结果打电话给bestbuy，小二每次听说东西寄出来，但是没收到

然后就是方便，生活需要的东西一趟就去那里买了，不用跑别家了
但是人家和walmart比，东西质量好，档次高些，每种货选择的牌子虽然不多，但是明
显都是用过心挑选的。俺喜欢电器的最能看出来了。
购物环境也比walmart好
最后会员制，让一干较穷的购物者望而却步，我老婆去不会像去walmart一样
depressing
总结的话，我觉得costco胜在针对性强。就是针对中产家庭做了彻底的优化。
bestbuy就很差了，地方弄得不小，但是东西不行啊。还不如frys方便。号称是针对电
子产品。人costco卖的移动硬盘，pad，电视机，turbotax都比bestbuy的便宜。去了就
觉得没有用心搞，各层肯定都是混日子的人。
target都比bestbuy好，针对的人群很明显。 |

越想越气,怪不得当时付钱之前不让我开箱.
后来我就提着电脑又去bestbuy找他们算帐.
接待我的那个人竟然说这款笔记本都不带wired mouse.
骗谁阿,我说不行,要么把鼠标找来,要么退货.
他不找鼠标,说退货可以,要收15%的开箱费.

其中有个家伙的，也很搞笑，东西说是没有，然后被取消了，结果最新的网站又打广告
了，比THANKSGIVING贵70块，但是他的问题还是没有解决
这个季节尤其是对美国人，大部分人是拿这个当圣诞礼物的给孩子，如果在圣诞节承诺
的邮到，现在却无货，那对接受礼物的这个孩子，是巨大的打击。
所以啊，BBY真他妈的缺德 |

I can't figure out why are they setting up this strange requirement, since only chinese people on earth may have last name less than 3 characters.

looking for a couple Kinect sensors for xmas gifts after my nieces/nephews
played my Kinect over thanksgiving. I finally found that BestBuy .com has
them in stock with free shipping without the need forr the annoying bunndle.
I realize that MSRP is not a slick deal, but finding a hot christmas gift
in stock was worth it to me to write my first post. Hopefully this helps
