房间很干净，室内采光很好。
房东提供的很新的冰箱，煤气炉烤箱一应俱全。一楼有laundry room。
apartment building前面有个很大的停车场。
房租是每个月$610（heating and hot water included）。停车场费每月$10。
两分钟步行到Metra 火车站。火车20分钟到UIC Halsted站，23分钟到Downtown (Union
Station). 开车去UIC走Ogden最快(18--25分钟)。
十分适合在UIC上课的学生和在downtown上班的人。特别适合couple居住。
地点在Ogden 和 Harlem的交叉口附近。所在的Town 是Berwyn,IL (Oak Park 南)
治安很好，附近都是working class的big house. 在这个town 的 Harlem road以西是
富人区 :Riverside。

偶尔路过时看到这么火爆的场面，凑热闹。现场要等40分钟到1小时不等。
吃过两次，很好，人均消费25-30.不是buffet.还有sushi.
小菜上了23盘.碳烤，室内环境一般，主要是人实在是太多了，烟味也重。

在craigslist上看了看，lakeview,uptown,rogers park那边的房子价钱比较合适，在
附近开车走马观花转转，感觉还行。但在网上查那边犯罪率还挺高。

我不小心撞了消防栓，bumper一边被拉出来了。记得版上有人推荐过一个，就找到他的
电话打了过去。他比较忙，同意先看看，我就开过去。他说这样的要110，但是给新顾
客一个折扣，80。这样的车要修一整天，而且肯定不能和另一边完全一样了。我觉得一
个bumper能用就行，就同意了。他很忙，都要一两天约。我们是星期四晚上约的周六。
他提前说了这个价钱是估价，打开如果有什么特别需要的还要加钱。
星期六一早九点送过去，他又重新声明可能会加钱，但是如果要加钱会让我们先过来看
。我说150以下他自己拿主意就行了，多了再告诉我。他赶快说不会的，最高价钱120，
哪怕他赔钱也是这个价。我让他在取车前告诉我最终价格，好准备现金。大约4点多说
因为里面的架子要重新做，所以是110。车马上修好了，让我们赶快来，因为天黑就看
不到了。我们到的时候天还亮着。他一再声明不可能修得和另一边一样，除非新换
bumper。我过去一看，bumper上塑料掉了漆都给涂好了（我还以为不管这个的）就算他
