荐吃饭和买礼物,或者明信片的.周日早上8点到berlin,checkin之后打算四处逛逛,有什

这里学区是这样，好像我看过了129街的才是new berlin学区的，129那边就算地址是
new berlin, 也是west allis的学区

个是Eisenhower Middle/High, 看评分都是9分，但有人说Eisenhower的学校好，也感
觉到学区在Eisenhower的房子走势快。请问这两所学校真的差别很大吗？谢谢！ |

现在室友因为工作关系要离开Milwaukee，现在寻找在Wauwatosa， West Allis 或者
New Berlin工作的MM 一起合租现在的房子。小区位于New Berlin，环境好，安全安静
。离Pickn Save 就五分钟车程，离45号高速公路和美华都很近。
Apartment很新，带walk in closet，2室房租一共1020，utility另算。6月起租，需要
签一年合约。 |

with top notch competition. There are plenty of courses flatter than Berlin,
but Haile Gebrselassie wouldn't choose anywhere else for his world record

有fire department?其实是有的。在sunnyslope和national这里有些房子还不错。不过
好一些的房子还是要下手快。 |

。小学不好吗？Elmwook and Orchard Lane这两个小学哪个好？Sunnyslope和national
这里是不是学区比较复杂，感觉稍微靠东靠北一些就不属于Eisenhower这个学区了。前
两天看到个房子在Sunnyslope的东面，124th的西面，W Howard Ave 的北面，但是学区
属于West Allies了，就pass了。什么时候才能找到满意的房子啊。 |

从来没在雪里开过车，不过还好自带一辆Wrangler Jeep过去，所以短途开车应该不成
问题。找的apt但求距离近，附近治安好。

房子在New Berlin，2400+尺的single family house，90年代的房子，非常好的社区，
非常安静，走路15分钟就能到超市，开车的话十五分钟范围内有3家pick n save, 1家
sendiks，美华超市，sam's club,医院，homedepot等等等等,离开高速也不远，去
brookfield shopping center也就是十来分钟距离，反正生活交通很便捷就是了。
现在想租出去二楼卧室，家具齐全，Queen-size bed，有walk-in closet,独立卫生间
，二楼另外有一个den，可以做为书房，有桌子椅子台灯书橱。
共用厨房，living room，dining room和laundry room，家用电器都是齐全的，厨房用
品也是齐全的.living room有电视了有netflix有美如画可以看中国电视，可以看基本
的美国台，所以就没有接cable.有high-speed internet,有attached garage 1个车位。
我现在一个人住挺无聊的，所以希望找一个爱干净的脾气好的单... 阅读全帖 |

因为自身原因，在New Berlin 签了一年的 Apartment 目前只住了两个月不到，便需搬
走了。是个二楼的 1b1b，但是房间足够大，living room 是有门的，两人合租也可以
的那种. 月租930，如果有人愿意在我之后续租，我会预付1300（还剩10个月）给当事
人，这样就相当于你的房租只有每月800.另外，如若你需要8月份就入住，那么这个月
免费，因为这个月的房租我已经付了。新买的 king size 的床，原价300多，刚用不到
一周，可赠送。另外我买的其他家具，两桌，两椅（一个皮椅，一个一般的折叠椅），
一书橱，全都赠送。最后，附赠所有厨具油盐酱醋和米。有人感兴趣的话请发邮件至
