如果是水中，极性溶剂中情况也许会不同。

I do not like the biphenyl, sulfonyl group and nitro-benzene substructure in
ABT-737. It might be such groups cause some side toxicities or bad
bioavailability profile and Abbott finally decided to advance another
compound into clinical trials. |

顾名思义，就是可以通过呼吸系统进入体内的化学气剂。汽油、油漆稀释剂、洗甲油、
改正液、胶水、打火机机油、马克笔等都属于吸入剂。
“吸入剂中含有丙酮(acetone)、苯(benzene)、甲基苯(toluene)等化学物资质，吸入
后可引起漂浮、欣快、兴奋的感觉，因此也有其成瘾性。”
吸入剂的危害
大量吸入的气体会经肺部吸收进入血管。继而进入脑部与全身组织，很多吸入剂的成分
对神经系统会产生明显影响。部分吸入剂的影响与酒精相同，会使人产生放松、语言模
糊、快乐、致幻、恶心、呕吐等效果，吸入剂主要影响之一是摧毁围绕在神经元周围的
髓素鞘。
吸入剂会对神经系统、肺、肝脏、心脏、肾脏等造成永久伤害，甚至会引起暴毙。
