父亲节，对于现在居住在美国纽约的江莉来说，是一种永远的痛。
2009年1月27日（大年初二）， 江莉和家人一行4人去重庆市西山坪劳教所探望父亲，
用她的话来说，父亲当时“好好的”，身体没有任何异样；仅隔一天之后，劳教所突然
打电话通知家人：父亲去世了。
从下午2点多，到晚上10点左右，心急如焚的家属等了7个多小时，最后得到通知：在殡

我给你解释就是local人群应该代谢病比较平均。而faod之所以突然double，原因就是
医院会诊断了。会诊断不给诊断，对我家孩子的病就是死路一条。后来我们还是相信医
院的时候给正常人饮食，差点又把他害死。
faod有很多种，其中一类就是transport enzyme，医院原来都不给诊断。经过我们孩子
给他们paper，基本上教会医生怎么看病，结果医生利用我们的信任害我们孩子。这是
故意杀人。全体医疗界先不说，但sch里面icu，代谢科，肝脏科多少人都知道不告诉病人
会出事故私人的。。。 妈的，都是王八蛋一点儿不过分。这不是一个医生，这是10几
个以上的医生。
问题这不是最可怕的。最可怕的是我们给了paper，说了应该的诊断。医生根本不相信
。他们之所以相信是肝脏活检以后才发现的。原来多少年不给一个病人诊断， 但是活
检能
发现我们说得正确。你有脑子就应该知道这么多年都这么马马虎虎过来了？为什么过来
了，是因为巨大的医疗profit。
他们既然能通过我家孩子发现错误， 之前二十年就发现不了？其他医院给了几个诊断

我家情况，有1个一岁娃，要刷大约（4室2厅），只刷屋里，不刷外墙。大约晾1个半
月多，11月底入住
。师傅估算大约需要23加仑的油漆，
（错过了Sherwin Williams 40%off的deal，如今手上有Kelly Moore的25%coupon可以
用，但不知到K家怎么样？师傅说BHER的也不错，所以有些晕）
想问版上的朋友，我们应该选个什么牌子的比较好？大约买多少钱1加仑的好些？（我
没有去过油漆店所以完全不懂，只知道要买0voc的）
并求问，Sherwin Williams和Benjamin moore 怎么买能便宜些。 |

gallon两桶，还剩一些。墙漆用的Benjamin Moore Nature，每个房间刷一遍大概用 1
gallon。天花板漆用的 Benjamin Moore Waterborne，1 gallon 能刷一个半房间。墙
如果颜色深一般要刷两遍漆，所以刷1300sqft算上Primer23加仑很省了。

从2012年5月 开始重新进入美国股市、债市，到现在刚刚满一年。一直想写一点自
己投资的心里历程。一来感谢我的投资启蒙老师（M老师），二来也提供一些经验教训
给和我一样在投资路程上摸索的新手。
2. 复利效应和股场初试
我们对投资重新开始感兴趣，主要是两个原因。一是因为M老师一直以来将他的投
资理念蕴含在和我们闲聊的过程中。现在回头想想，真是辜负和浪费了许多M老师的投
资机会。尤其是听M老师聊在2008年金融危机时的经历，让我们对投资有了一个全新的
认识。原来投资还是有可能“有章可循”。
第二个原因，是对复利效应和追求经济独立之间关系的认识（compounding effect
