的60号高地下90英呎处,引爆了人类历史上在原子弹爆发前人工引爆的最大的一次爆炸
,爆炸当量是45万公斤炸药,地表阵地上的1万德军瞬间毙命,爆炸发生在比利时,远
在伦敦和都柏林都听到了这长达19分钟的爆炸声。

OLYMPIA – Clam diggers will get one more chance to dig razor clams this
season during a three-day opening at Twin Harbors, running Friday through
Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.
The morning dig scheduled May 24-26 got the green light from the Washington
Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) after marine toxin tests showed the
clams at Twin Harbors are safe to eat.

earthquake could strike the southwestern coast of British Columbia soon,

Com'on! This is a private shooting range. How many bullet you would waste in
a year? What if the bullet trap is isolated to the ground? Besides, it is
on (or should I say under) private property, as long as he would not affect
his neighbors, I can't see how the city would bang it.

How much a hardcore gun owner like this, who would invest so much on such a
range, would shoot per year from your guess? My guess is at least thousands
to tens of thousands. What these types of people usually have? Gun friends,
like us, of course. Just think about yourself. If you have such a range,
you will only use it by yourself, or would like to invite friends? I am sure
the later. Man, That would not be a small amount of ammunition per year.

Well my friend, first, there are open shooting ranges right in the heart of
established residential area. I have been shooting there, and I share your
concern. I wouldn't choose to live close there either. However, that's been
said, a private range, especially in someone's house under the ground, will
you imagine that it would host as many shooter's as public open range? I don
't think so. How often you would invite your friends to your home? Everyday?

Say normally just invite friends 10 times per year (once every 5 weeks),
each time consume 500-1000 handgun rounds, which should be extremely easy,
then that would be 5000-10000 rounds/year already, not counting the owner
and his family's own shooting. The lead and those got into boards and dirt
can not be cleaned and has to be disposed as hazardous material. Just think
how much possibility of mishandling of that process and leave some amount of
