DC五年间买了三部车，感觉这几个地方买车相对便宜，
DC beltway 附近靠近Prince George county 那里人多地价低，大销量的dealer多。比
方说，college park, green belt, 甚至laurel 那里。
北维吉尼亚的买车最便宜哦地方基本上Dulles 机场那边了，那里货运交通发达，地价
低，蛮多大出货量dealer
马里兰最好的买车地方绝对是Baltimore beltway, 港口城市，地价便宜，货运极发达
，有些大dealer lot 上一千多部车可选, sales 忙到没时间回邮件..
另外，google review 有点意义的， 五星/4星半评价的dealer都比较直接， 四星的就
一般了，少于4星的店根本不用去。

次，都是上世纪五六十年代的水平，很多设计都不合理。前面有人说DC Beltway有
坡过弯车还都不减速。为啥要减速？人家道路设计已经考虑这些问题了，不用减速一样
过弯。我也开过DC beltway，比起405来设计标准高的不是一点半点，开车特别流畅。
洛杉矶高速公路系统那是21世纪的水准，特别是曲线半径线路设计车道宽度几个方面，
西雅图的高速公路和洛杉矶比起来就是个joke。 |

横贯东西的Westheimer，Richmond，Bellaire，到了610里面的路简直无法直视。而且
大部分Pipline公司都在Beltway 8里面，比如BHP和Williams在610旁边，Boardwalk在
610里面，Enterprise甚至在Downtown。我和公司同事去这些公司on site的时候每天开
车坐车颠颠簸簸都觉得累。 |

house. My recommendation below is focused on middle-class neighborhoods with
good schools.
Not all the schools in SBISD are good. Go to SBISD website, and read the
zoning map for each school. Rule of thumb is to stay south of I-10.
In my mind, the best elementary schools are: Frostwood, Bunker Hill, Rummel
Creek, Wilchester. Frostwood Elem. is national blue ribbon school and is

Bellaire 路上介于Gassner和Beltway 8中间有好几个中国超市和Plaza的那一段。基本
上有：
黄金广场
敦煌广场
惠康广场
顶好广场
王朝广场
出了Beltway 8还有不少Plaza和餐馆，不过基本是华人和越南人混合的那种，比如说香

要是那个国家的，服务员说着带有那个国家口音的英语，最好连帮你停车的小哥哥都是
那个国家来的。每个餐厅的具体地点大家自己去 Google ，我也不慢慢打了。
先做背景介绍。 Houston ，休斯顿 是美国第 4 大城市（前三名依次为纽约，洛杉矶
，芝加哥）。火箭城位于 Harris County 中心，也是 Houston–Sugar Land–Baytown
组成的大都会地区的经济中心。这是美国第 6 大的大都会地区，总计人口约为 6 百
万。由于石油工业和航运工业，休斯顿地区的人口组成非常多样化，各个国家的移民和

time. Even on a portion of his foreign policy, more often then not. Then,
when he hit the other 20%, he went way off the reservation.
If the Republicans were not such arrogant bast@rds, they would have welcomed
this wing into the race and given Paul fans a few items to be excited about
in reduction of government. Arrogance really seems to be the strongest
trait among beltway RNC insiders.
