My EB1B took 9 months too, and got NOID before approved.
Now prepare the 485.The lawyer said they need wait the signed letter from my
company that needs to be included with the filing (it is just a
verification of employment that confirms the offer in the I-140 is still
valid). And the HR said they also need prepare other BLC documents except
for the letter.
They are horrible
