今年最喜欢的书是george saunders的小说集tenth of december (最喜欢的是书里最后
一篇的同名小说；也在new yorker上登过)；今年最喜欢的电影是american hustle,
gravity还有一代宗师；最喜欢的歌是网络大俗歌what does the fox say?!

（一）
我只身赴美，跟国内的bf天涯比邻。那时我不愿跟任何其他异性过多交往，所以朋友圈子基本只限女性。
认识了个中国女生，比我略大几岁，模样靓丽，皮肤细腻，只是体形平坦，不显腰身。后来渐渐跟她熟识，一起逛街购物，一起K歌跳舞。她对我特别热情友好，我自然也以诚相待。

改了题目才发现今天的更新是多么难写。
饼饼走了，现在没有任何言语可以形容我的心痛。我们太爱他了太舍不得他了。
昨天开始我们发现他几乎不太走动了，除非是去上厕所。其他时候就呆在一个地方，走
路看起来也是很不稳，摇摇晃晃的。今天早上喂饭的时候，我们突然发现他肚子大起来
了，软软的，跟之前不一样了，顿时有种不详的感觉。给他称了体重，长了不少，就觉
得十有八九是变成wet了。早上喂了饭以后我们在沙发上，酥糖也在，酥饼本来远远地
望着，后来脚步蹒跚的走过来，上了沙发，在我们旁边躺了好一会儿。这十步可能是这
两天他走的最远的一次。
大概昨天开始越来越差，今天是最糟糕的一天，他几乎不动，呼吸困难，我们哭了一下
午，就陪着他，后来他慢慢呼吸越来越不好，肚子越来越大（毫不夸张，几个小时后就
比之前大了好多。。），去了沙盆都是出来就直接趴在沙盆旁边，去喝水也是守着水碗
，把头搁在水碗沿上，胸前的毛全部湿了。他太累了没力气fight了。。
大概傍晚的时候，我们差不多已经做了决定要送他走，不能再让他suffer了，可是真的

Today will be Subing's 5th dose of PI..
This past weekend was the worst weekend. He went downhill fast - wasn't
moving, wasn't opening his eyes that much. We basically cried the whole
weekend, and I've never seen LD crying like that before. I think that's
probably when we finally realize that we're going to lose Subing, soon.

既然别人用mid-belly能做出来，按说你们应该是先用mid-belly做，证明你们的处理方
法和抗体都没问题，才可能去做真正的实验的啊
你自己切点别的地方做两次没有就说没有，当然老板不信。
然后每次真正实验的时候也要做一个positive control的啊，要不谁知道是不是今天温
度高了，明天吃饭忘了什么步骤导致阴性结果啊
另外我觉得histoliogy摸索好的condition的过程挺费事的，你应该先用positive
control找到你们实验室条件下的优化条件，抗体浓度啊，背景的非特异性结合，显色
时间长短啊什么的，才能做正式实验的
我也是刚打算想跟我们实验室的tech学这个，她是这方面的专家，但是还是要做很多次
实验才能确定最佳条件，很多小技巧，paper上都没写的。如果你以前没做过，还真有
可能是你方法不对。 |

bother me too much for the whole trip, but only one thing I want to mention.
I went to the IV by myself, and carried the suitcase with me. Since I
carried my laptop on my backpack, so I put everything else in the suitcase,
it was very heavy. In the airport, sometimes I have to lift the suitcase
when there is stairs or escalators. I will suggest to looking for elevator
if you can avoid stairs or escalator. Also, on the |

1) Encounter may begin.
开始阅读doorway信息。last name, 性别，主诉，快速瞄一眼要不要求体检。然后快速
写下OCDFPPAAAGUWASFT PFHAMOSS, 女性把o改为OB/GYN。在AAA旁边写上2-3个鉴别诊断
名词，同时写上体检项目（心、肺、腹、神、头、甲）。同时，这些也是需要询问的大
系统。这一步40-50秒，争取不要超过1分钟。
2) 走到病人面前，微笑，建立眼神接触之后再说话，伸出手准备握手。Hi, Mr. Smith
, I am Dr. X, I am a physician in this hospital. I will be taking care of
you today. Very nice to meet you!
