礼拜1 不管三七二十一，没打电话预约直接去找她。
结果办公室在High Raise，没有pass, 不让进。打电话，casework不在。等。再打电话
，insist with politeness. 终于casework下来见我，casual chat之后，cool, come
on up and fill this out in my office.
于是上楼，在Senator办公室又fill the form, resubmit 材料！谢谢，离开后到今天
不到48个小时！！
连那个casework自己（看起来有点小gay的感觉，穿得太干净了，头发太光鲜了）都说
，USCIS, you know, is hard to say, we probably will get the same result. But
never hurt to try!!!!!
So, ladies and gentlemen, TRY TRY TRY!!!!!!!

发帖数: 2120 | 8 这是我跑得第五个马拉松,第三次跑CIM,每次跑都很开心,这次更是! 跑前想跑3:25:00,
但这个速度训练中我没有跑超过6麦,自己心里没有谱.那天冲刺时看到 clock 3：27：
**，GPS上3：26：**，稍微有些遗憾，回到旅馆看到朋友们报道说:3:25:58,一下坐在
地上哭了。。。
这么激动成绩可能是一方面, 在比去年重了不止6磅的情况下PR了块6分钟，但更多的是
因为今年前面9个月没有好好跑步，是从一个并不很好的状态开始训练这个比赛的，而
且好像这次才感觉到马拉松应该怎么跑了。我好像真的把这跑成了long run+MP了。前
10麦就像每次group run一样，慢慢悠悠，直到大概10麦的时候才意识到：得快点了，
就差一个MP 了，然后就注意呼吸，注意控制速度，完成了今年的最好MP :)
今年从9月15号之后才开始比较认真的跑步, 9月跑了213.4 mi (平均9:57 / mi),10月
跑了289.4 mi (8:56 / mi), 11月跑了213.2 mi(8:33 / mi). 最好的一次是7:55的

前两年dragonforce 的through the fire and flames很热啊，7分多钟的歌一点不闷，
吉他手功不可没，最近好像说主唱要跑了，这个团估计快撑不下去了
lmf别的很烂，但是和莫文卫合作的"爱死你"我很喜欢，比柯油轮的版本有感觉
还有打擦边球的santana和从santana乐团分裂出来的journey也都很好听，那首don't
stop believin'百听不腻
numb 稍稍有点单薄，numb encore更饱满些，不过偏离摇滚了 |

从BBC, NPR 到CNN, 哪个不是以偏概全，混淆视听？我现在倒是看 CCTV9 多，报道国
际事务时非常中立。
好在玩摇滚的还有Rage Against the Machine，让我相信现在美国人里还有没脑残的。
看来Tom Morrello 在哈佛的四年也没白上。当然，RATM 也免不了有美国极左派一贯的

听的那种。另外这几个歌要结合剧情，都狠贴切。
片子:get him to the greek
这片子拍得不错，主要就是真实。
歌曲：going up 片子结尾，可以说是失意状态的文艺工作者的发泄。
片子：dinner for schmucks
歌曲：the fool on the hill 片子结尾，好似是beatles一类人唱的，头次听。
片子：the losers
歌曲：don't stop believin' by journey
片子中段，结合剧情，狠搞笑。

舞跳得好，唱歌不咋滴吧。
还有那个Finn,第一次听Don't stop believin的时候，觉得他的嗓音非常smokey,很好
听，长得也不错。可是后来他老是傻乎乎的样子，夹在那一堆人里，表说和Rachel那把
清亮的嗓子比，就连Schuester，Puck都比他有气场。
对了，你喜欢Kurt那个私校男友？ |
