，不知道这里有没有这样的规定啊？不把他们赶走真是无法忍受。 |

我和室友住着学校的on-campus apartment两年了，一直很平静~
自从楼下搬来一个obese的老外大叔，生活就不再平静了。。。
他好像是一个人住着一个2-bedroon的apartment（至少我从来没见过他的室友）~因为
他的到来楼下多了一个handicap的停车位（本来这还让我比较同情他）接下来的事情让
我一点一点的把同情收起来了。。。
刚开始，我和我室友每天晚上总是听见奇怪的声音~后来发现是打呼声。。。起初我们
都互相以为是对方的打呼声，没敢问~结果有一次我们俩都还没睡呢，同时听见那声音
，这才恍然大悟-不是对方的声音。。。这个鼾声愈演愈烈，现在每天晚上9点就开始了
，早上我们都出门了，这位大叔还没有起床。。。我们每天是伴着他的鼾声生活啊。。

没去过的话，你可以说你那间屋子已经改成书房仓库啥的了，没地方可以住人
如果去过的话，那就直接据了
可以说回头自己父母在计划来啥的，以后父母没过来就说是签证问题呗…… |

Brunswick, NJ. It's within walking distance to HongKong Supermarket.
The house is in a very nice community, most neighbors are quite white people
. There are 5 chinese students in this house, all are easy going and enjoy a
good relationship.
The rent is about 380 + 70 utility (in winter).

答应住一年。心想，友人的同事也是朋友。
入住后发现房子较小，合租的人很讲究，不满意我们，对我们也不友好，
我们的租金也很高，比合租的人高60%, 租的面积一样的，也比外面的apartment高，
外面one-bedroon apartment is $100 less.
我们从外地搬过来不知道这里物价。他还说要我们维护它的房子和交暖气费。
住得很不自在，甚至害怕。
和他说想搬出去，security deposit也给他，他不答应，要多收一个月租金.
我们怎么办？
请问，如果小额法庭，我们能少交那一个月租金，毕竟
他出租房子也没上税，而且也没有license, 我们也没签lease。 |
