看到Amazon里有个叫 egg beater的，看似手动的，应该不是大家说的打蛋器吧？
另外，amazon里从$10到几十刀的hand mixer都有，是不是只要长成那样，电动的，随
便买个便宜的也能打发蛋白吧？还是有什么参数？我看到有的写着 5 speed之类。。

掰坏了一个劣质ratchet，卸下桌腿套上ratchet继续掰，终于把这个8mm的hex socket
掰扭曲了，同时把Egg Beater掰滑丝了。现在我只能把egg beater连着crank arm一起卸下
来。能找amazon一起报销么？ |

直接用beater blade一点一点加水到很多小面团就好了，不要急着揉成团，醒半小时后
在揉成团。
beater一开始最低档，否则面粉飞扬，然后调到4或5档，成团后继续beat 1-2分钟
就好了。 |

了Ivus 贴的Deal, 就买了 Kohl's 的 600 Model, 200刀，
Costco 这个有一个Extra 的 Beater, 好像叫Flex Edge beater， Kohls' 的没有，
Costco的Return policy 也好很多， 如果能拿到Pasta set， 我觉得也是很好的deal
