Sampling Tumor gDNA can not satisfied
Illumina high density SNP arrays while it below 5 ng even from 2015
now 2010 is 200 ng one sample
pls refer:
We also routinely run the high density array technique to genotype up to 1
million snps per subject. The available platform is from Illumina and is
able to generate genotypes for up 300-750 subjects per week depending on the
type of array chosen.
Required material 200 ng DNA per sample
Reaction format 96 wells

查到一篇文章里面有个我感兴趣的基因甲基化位点(CpG 位于基因的 5 UTR)， 但是我
按照文章给出的位置 （Chromsome N,position XXXXX，）去NCBI找，对应的却不是我
感兴趣的基因，相差200kb。我又找了另外几个文章中的甲基化位置，自己在NCBI上找
了找，还是对不上，不知道什么原因。 难道那篇文章参照不是NCBI的数据？还是NCBI
数据更新了？先谢了！ |
