曾招过用compressed sensing来提高MRI速度；EEG目前需要的职位是搞BCI的（包括小
公司neurosky,和传统的医学仪器大公司），这里面尤其是和smartphone平台结合的，
人才渴求得一塌糊涂（缺乏人才），不光医学方面的公司，连手机公司都开始干了。CT
，optical imaging在GE有招。
其实这些医学图像只是一个carry的载体，最核心的是算法。算法包括成像的算法（比
如如何提高MRI的成像速度），也包括获得图像之后的各种处理算法，也包括如何减少
噪声的算法（在成像过程中去掉，还是在图像中去掉）。记住：变化的是各个图像
modes（MRI,EEG,CT,...)，不变的是算法。一个好的算法，往往可以用到好几个图像

usually the BCIS officer at US customs asks for passport and visa only.
you can prepare a letter to the officer if your parents can't speak English.
you can ask your parents to have other materials,
such as air tickets and copy of your I-20, ready for inspection.

the already approved I140 will not be invalidated automatically. The already
approved I140 will be invalidated only when (1) BCIS re-adjusticate it and
deny it (2) the petitioner revoke it.
Unlike H1B, the petitioner is not required to revoke I140 when benificiary
get laid off. In general, the petitioner is required to revoke I140 only

immigration attorneys. It is almost like a white elephant myth. Since the
same BCIS officer that denied the petition in the first place adjudicates
the motion, attorneys face low success rates in these motions. The review

业等领域之特殊人才（即所谓「国家利益豁免」），申请者可自行或由美国雇主提出申
请。所谓「国家利益豁免」，即具备特殊优异才艺的外国人士，若能证明其才能符合美
国国家利益，则可豁免冗长的劳工认证申请。至於怎样才算符合「国家利益」，从未有
过明确定义， 1998 年纽约法院将国家利益定义 为：
＊在工作专业或专门才艺上，有无可取代的超凡技艺或才能；
＊其技艺或才能有「国家级」的贡献 申请人对所从事专业领域的贡献不受地域的限制
；
＊如果要求申请者必须申办冗长的劳工证，将有损美国本身利益。

CL卖家，船身、桨、帆，要价800。网上贴图看起来还不错，结果到了一看是1997年的
Genesis III，卖相也不太好，船身有不少划痕。犹豫了一阵还是买下了，砍到350块。
周日拉到运河边，结果发现少了很多bolt，没法把座椅固定到船身上。后来想起后备箱
里有一个工具包，翻出里面的电线，绑好座椅，凑合着划了2个多小时。bolt倒不是大
问题，hardware store里很便宜。应该说感觉还不错，比想象中的样子更稳当，毕竟
有60寸的宽度和填充泡沫的塑料船身。不过刚下水时，运河里正好有一支挺大的船（20
尺？）快速开过，稍微紧张了一下（本人缺少划船经验）。
Porta bote随船的文件里等包含了一些错误，最主要是载重问题，甚至连船舷上的铭牌
都有错误。10尺的承重应当是445-475磅（3个成人），而不是340-380磅（2个成人），
后者是8尺的参数。我的10尺船舷上错误标记为340磅，我研究了好几天才放下心来！还
有个文件把8尺和10尺的载重正好反了过来！
注意除了porta bote以外，市面还有别的牌子，我没有仔细调查，反正就是买个小... 阅读全帖 |
