冻结事件持续发酵，BBVA银行16日向受影响客户道歉。
美国有线电视新闻网(CNN)2月16日报道称，BBVA银行虽然道歉但否认其歧视中国客
户，并表示账户冻结是为了配合西班牙反洗钱法的指令。
“过去几天，我们冻结了一些客户的银行账户，对此造成的不便，我们感到深刻抱
歉。”BBVA银行发言人卡列哈声明称，“我们已认识到这个决定造成的后果，并已推出
减轻这些影响所需的措施。”
卡列哈还说，“对于BBVA以及所有的工作人员而言，客户是我们的工作核心，我们
完全且明确拒绝任何形式的不合理歧视。”
根据此前媒体报道，西班牙华商保护和法律援助协会会长Helena Xia女士称，从
2018年8月开始，上千华人的银行帐户被西班牙多家银行无理冻结。
西班牙《国家报》称，西班牙银行业采用冻结措施，是执行了西班牙经济部和西班

银行转到wells fargo，就很少用BBVA Compass银行的卡了。也很奇怪，从5月份开始
BBVA Compass银行就没给我寄过帐单，而我也没有电子银行，对账户的事情就不了解了
。由于账户里就剩下800多块，家离银行比较远，也没有再用BBVA Compass银行的卡消
费，就没去管。上周去BBVA Compass银行取钱，打算取消账户，才发现有两个公司
Everdayvaloct and Buyers从5月份开始从我的银行账户每月charge15美金，到11月已
经连续扣了半年，共180美金。我从来没有在这两个公司买过服务，也没买过什么东西
，就去银行问，银行说不知道，给客服打电话，想要回这笔钱，克服也不怎么搭理，最
后答应给张表，可以考虑给我要回近三个月的，至于5-7月，就不管了。要求了几次，
他们还是不肯给5-7月的，要求block 我的卡，让那2个公司不要再charge我的钱，结果
银行说不行。无奈只好给那两个公司的客服，问怎么回事，看能不能要回来我的钱，他

I tried several options on serve (BBVA, BBVA Compass, BBVA Credit Cards,
Compass Bank). None of them work. All reports wrong account# or zip code.
I tried Ally and only Compass Bank Business Credit Card option.
How to pay BBVA via 3rd party? It might be handy to recover the CL from

理来。
经理来了之后，和BBVA打了半天电话，被BBVA告知因为超过5000常规额度，所以需要一
个authorization code。但是当刷卡之后，经理怎么也找不到输入code的地方，交易告
吹。
我退而求其次，要求只买4500，这次刷卡又悲剧，打BBVA电话，说是fraud alert。我
确认是本人的购物后，被告知解封。但是经理说店规是同一张卡一天只能刷一次，不让
再刷，要求改日再来。
折腾1个多小时，回程时顺路在CVS买了2000灰香草，不然白白浪费一天。
气死我了！
请问买了9500的大牛，你们是怎么解决authorization code的？
SIMON MALL的经理打电话给BBVA确认是买GC，你们仍然拿到5X的点数了？

very, very slow, so might just wait until the charges post then pay the
balance off in its own online account.
here are my results:
set up citi billpay to BBVA NBA and FIA on 6/5 using AMEX as the payee
posted on FIA the next day, nothing on BBVA as of today, even though citi
shows it is cleared on 6/9
this bank is truly an oddball |

I would rev up slowly if I was you. I made a $1K SMGC purchase the day after
my card got reactivated and it got declined. Had to call BBVA again and get
it cleared up. They had to reset my card and put an “exemption status” to
it. |

今天再去同一家店，老是刷不过。
然后换到WALGREENS，先刷500，再刷1000，都过了。
但很快就收到fraud警告，我确认是自己消费后，被告知5分钟后才能再刷卡。
我等了10分钟，去另一家RITE AID，撸灰香草。
小二建议每次只刷1张灰香草，否则怕系统过不了。
我同意，但是500的灰香草怎么也刷不过，打电话给BBVA客服，客服说已经帮我解封了。
建议我在店里直接输入卡号和过期日，保证能刷过。
小二不会操作，叫来经理，经理问清楚我是AMEX卡后，调出界面。
我在显示屏上手动输入卡号和过期日，还是刷不过。
我只好回家，半个小时后BBVA的活人客服给我打了电话，确认这刷不过的500灰香草是
我的消费，然后说卡解封了，随时能用。我质问当时我就打电话给客服解封了，怎么还
是用不了？
CSR有些轻蔑的说是为了保护客户安全。
大家有类似经历么？
